In the day time they are great couldn’t get better! They’ll check your points and tell you if ya can use them or to use the Tobacco ones instead ,to help you save money. The manager is top notch ! All the day staff are so friendly and so nice . It became my store of choice I waswillingly to pay extra for the excellent and friendly service. She and the others are awesome! But I would have to advise going somewhere else at night during 3rd shift. a nasty attitude. Employee acts like they’re doing me a favor!! Refused to re-ring so I could put my number in and get my tobacco discount. Said “why would I do that”? I couldn’t believe on Christmas Eve and zero people in the store. Just didn’t want to. I shoulda just left the stuff and took my business else where.

Love this store! I’ve traveled through the area several nights over the months, usually Weds or Thursday.The clerk Karen always has a smile and is helpful even walked me to my car one night a few months ago when I felt uncomfortable with another customer being over friendly.The bathrooms are the cleanest I’ve seen anywhere!!Highly recommend you stop in for your nighttime needs and keep this place open!!!!

This Energy mart is a must stop and shop store. The atmosphere is so friendly. The clerks great you with a smile snd make sure all your needs are meet. I've been here in Hendersonville since February of this year and find mysellf having to stop and get something, just so I can see Dylan, Laura, Rhonda and David. They are very attentive to the customers. Some they already know what they want when they come in. They make me feel like I'm part of their family. Thank you guys and keep giving the best customer care service in Western North Carolina.

This is the second time ive run into hostile day staff with no reason to warrant it....... Night shift is great though no bathroom at night is a no-go and a tourist town where there will be plenty of tourists pulling off of the highway at night
