Class based TRX workouts. Owner leads and is a fantastic person and helps everyone no matter what level they may be. Great place if you want to get a complete workout!

I've been going to this gym and working with Tammy and Elijah for over four months now! I love it there! They're awesome trainers and can modify any exercise to accommodate your needs. Great classes and it's so nice to feel supported and have a friendship with your trainers!

Efitness is a class base and private training facility. We give each client a personal training experience in a class setting. This creates an intimate environment to pursue fitness goals. At Efitness we strive to clients Discover Their Inner Strength. Each class is designed to promote confidence and success. We will provide people of all ages and fitness levels the opportunity to improve their CORE STRENGTH, BALANCE, FLEXIBILITY, ENDURANCE and POWER using the TRX Suspension and TRX RIP Training.
