I'm not from here and needed major help. I got my car repaired and they told me I needed a new donut. Nelson went above and beyond. I was running all over town trying to find a spare tire. He looked up one to order but no luck. The internet crashed and he went to the office to continue his search with still no luck. He came out to look at the actual tire, did an inspection to see my tire was actually just fine! I needed to write a review because he was so kind when I was a nervous wreck over something that was not even an issue. He went out of his way to really help me out and I'll be sure to recommend my family that lives out here to this place. Thanks again, Nelson You're a true angel!

Let's just say I won't be going anywhere else! Their service is top-notch. Their customer support is so friendly. I needed them to order my tires as they didn't have them. They ordered them and held them for me until i could make it! They are busy because they are such an amazing group of people. This means you should get there early or plan on having a wait time. They are closed on Saturdays.Again, I can't reiterate or recommend this place enough.

We had a front end noise issue that another shop could not identify. Downtown Tire quickly found the problem with our brakes and they were able to take care of it right away. Besides the great work, their price was excellent. They are always great to work with.

Just bought 2nd set of tires from these guys! Super nice guys, local (and clean) shop and best of all pricing right at or below other “discount” shops. Drove 45 min from AVL to buy here. Completely worth it

Highly recommend! We had a flat tire as we were driving through Hendersonville. After calling a few tire places, we found Downtown Tire Pros had what we needed in stock. They had us back on the road in about an hour and a half. As we were four hours from home with 3 young kids, we could not have been happier with our service!

Great service but make sure you get there early. This is a first come, first serve shop. They were professional and thorough. Would return again if needed.

I can’t thank Bobby & Nelson enough for taking care of my daughter (who was 500 miles away) and needed new tires before a drive home. They were professional, helpful and all around nice guys. I made calls to several other shops before deciding to go with Downtown Tire Pros & I’m glad I trusted by gut. Thanks for taking care of my girl. Highly recommend!

Honest, knowledgeable, carries Continental tires, and finished my tires in 20 minutes after dropping in right before closing. Won't bother with anywhere else.

They were able to work me in this morning when my tire was going flat on the way to work. Super kind and caring people who were ready to help. They got me in and out in a reasonable amount of time even though I didn’t have an appointment and they were swamped. Very thankful!!

We were on a trip from Florida and picked up a bolt in one of our tires. I called Downtown Tire Pros 15 minutes before closing and they waited till we got there. Thank you for helping us and giving us 5 star customer service.

Ran into an issue with locking lug nuts, and these guys worked with me throughout the day so that I was able to go home with new tires at the end of the day. Very much appreciated!
