First, I would like to say my cashier Margaret was extremely nice and efficient. It was the manager on duty at the time (who wasn't even wearing a name tape) that I had the displeasure of having to see disrespect her own employees.
I am from out of state and made a quick stop here to get some medicine, and while on my way to the line I heard the intercom ask for manager for the phone. The manager got over there as I was getting in line, answered the phone, and became visibly pissed at whatever the customer was asking. She then directed all of her anger at Margaret, who took the verbal beating and continued about her day and still was incredibly nice to me. At one point, she made a comment along the lines of "I'm not here 5 days a week to know these things so maybe that's what you should have told her". Personally, if the manager of the store isn't there enough to know what's going on and is this disrespectful to her employees while in front of customers, it seems like it might be time for a change of managers.
Thank you for your kindness Margaret and I hope you become a manager instead of the poor leadership they have going on here.

This place is a joke they refused to fill a prescription called for a minor for possible WOOPING cough. Ingles filled with no questions asked . They were given his insurance information and said that wasn't enough they needed a rvc number come to find out the rvc or whatever he was talking about was only a date of experation no son isn't getting any better and I'm taking him right now back to the doctor YOU GUYS WILL BE HELD ACCOUNTABLE FOR YOUR ACTION AND IF YOUR NOT FIRED THEN BEST BELIEVE THERE IS A MALPRACTICE LAWSUIT ON CVS

Your store help is so rude, I was double charged for a product. I was put on hold for a long time and still didn’t come back to phone. Would I recommend this store no but my insurance sends us to CVS.

I guess they just decide when to open and when to answer the phone? People standing outside well after 8am when the store is supposed to be open. No employees in sight, not answering the phone. How is this appropriate?

If you need prescriptions do not go here. I’ve been calling since Wednesday and it’s now Saturday and no one will answer the phone.

The pharmacy is a joke very rude will hang up on you, when you go to talk to them they are just as rude won't listen to what you are saying. I will be taking my business else where. I understand they can be understaffed but don't take it out on the very few customers they have left.

How long does it take to pull a product off your shelf in the pharmacy and print a label so I can pick it up? Apparently all frigging day. Thanks jerks. I guess I’ll suffer another night without my prescription.

I was in line to get my meds. I waited for 10 minutes. Just for them to close the gate on me so they can go to lunch. I understand everyone has to have breaks. But not when someone was waited before you lunch break. Not my fault the person in front of me wanted to talk. If they didn't talk I would have been helped.

One of the worst pharmacies in Hendersonville NC. I would avoid this place at all costs. Customer service in the pharmacy is abysmal.

Edited from 5☆ to 1☆ .. because zero is not an option.Changes with new staff:You CANNOT get a prescription filled the day your doctor sends it in here. Will ALWAYS be next day.Your phone call WILL be ignored.The attitudes of the pharmacy staff towards customers is plain unorofessional.Go anywhere else.

Tried to call pharmacy regarding my prescription, they said it needed renewal but it’s renewed for the year. Was on hold for OVER 30 minutes and nobody picked up at all, had to go in person just for them to say it was an issue with their system. Customer service is awful. The drive thru is closed so you have to go inside even if you’re sick. The actual store part is nice and maintained well too bad the pharmacy ruins the experience.

I cant make this up... I've been sick for 3 days because I'm out of a medication... they marked it as ready for pick up... My wife went down there, waited in line... and they lost it. But dont worry, guys, they said they'll call when they find it!
