Prices are cranked up, but they had what I needed.

TERRIBLE!!! Absolutly the worst policy. I needed to get my wife some Zyrtec D. It was raining so we went to the drive thru. Waited very paitently for some one to come to the window. I understand they are probubly short staffed like most places are. We waited I guess 15-20 Min. The gentleman finaly came to the window. I ask for the medicine and he refused to sell it to me thru the window. Now Im not sure is it is his policy, The Stores Policy or corprate policy but it realy upset me. The more I thought about it the more upset I got. What if I had been handicaped or a mother with a small child in the car who did not want to go into the store to expose her child to germs, or a elderly person unable to walk far. CVS has lost all my buisness that I do not have to go there for. If I could leave 0 stars I would. Totaly unacceptable. Walgreens got my money tonight instead of CVS if any management from CVS cares.

How is this place still open?? We went in because an RX was mistakenly sent here. On a Saturday morning, the pharmacy was closed. They have a sign ONLY at the pharmacy windows, not at the front, saying that the pharmacy is closed on Friday's, Saturday's, and Sunday's. We needed cough drops. They had maybe 6 on the whole rack. I asked the young lady in the isle doing a reset, and she sarcastically stated that if we really needed them, we could deal with what they had.

I have been on hold for over 15 minutes. Completely unexceptional! I needed to talk to Pharmacist about a new pain med. I may look for a new pharmacy!

This is a wonderful CVS pharmacy with great pharmacists. They are patient, answer questions, look into our concerns, and are pleasant. From what I can see, they are understaffed, so people may get frustrated if they have to wait. Our old CVS pharmacy was horrible and would rarely answer questions or help us when we had medication concerns.

used to like this pharmacy but the girl with the blue colored hair had a major attitude. she corrected how I pronounced a medication, even though she knew what I meant. I thought that was rude and unnecessary. I know customer service is a difficult job , but her attitude right off the bat was complete uncalled for.

First Marina was Amazing, great service! We came in for passport photos for our whole family (for upcoming international adoption). It takes time for each photo and Marina was taking care of us very well, then the manager came over and yelled at her for taking to long and forced her to go back to the register to take care of another customer. At that point my husband pointed out we are customers as well, to which she just looked at us and walked off. So unprofessional! Marina should be the manger she understands customer care better than her leadership.

There are good staff members at this pharmacy, however there are some really rude ones too. I am forced into using CVS by my drug plan. The pharmacy sometimes screws up the Rx, and sometimes my doctors do. It doesn’t matter, because any screw up eventually pushes me into the “donut hole” of Medicare coverage. Even when the pharmacy refunds the Rx, the retraction never returns the Rx coverage to the previous level so I am still in the donut hole. They also don’t know how to bill durable medical charges.Calling the pharmacy is impossible! They DO not pick up the phone. As previously stated by others, they ALL leave for lunch! Staggered lunch hours is a concept foreign to North Carolina.Unless you are forced into using this pharmacy, I recommend avoiding it.

Went to the CVS on Hendersonville highway. Won't go there for prescriptions because their prices are outrageous compared to Publix or Walgreens. Just ran in there to pick up some dish soap. Stood at the cash register for 10 minutes and no cashier in sight. Someone could steal them blind and they'd never know it. Finally went to the back of the store to find someone to check out the four customers who were waiting. The cashier was surly and not happy about being asked to help. Might be the most poorly managed store in western North Carolina.

the pharmacy treats you like a drug addict if you have any narcotics prescribed. I broke my back and had a script for oxycodone and when I had the doctor called in a five day supply. the dr called the pharmacy to change it I went to pick it up and they argued that it was not right and I told them I was increased and they said no in a nasty nature I was in a lot of pain but they do not care especially if it is narcotic pain medication. my mother in law had a script from the hospital and they told her it was illegal and a forged signature. I'm Leaving this cvs and going to corporate.

Lead pharmacy tech Lauren is AWESOME and ON it. She solved my problem asap after another pharmacist, an older heavy set man, gave me incorrect information - he was unfriendly as well. If you need help, seek Lauren. Who runs the world? Girls.

CVS on main st pharmacy in Hendersonville just gave the worst customer service possible. I had one question and the girl tech or pharmacist told me to call the other store and hung up. Meanwhile the other store doesn’t pick up their phone. Ridiculously rude.

I would not recommend this pharmacy to anyone. I've been going here for about 3 years to pick up my families medications. Today was such a bad experience that I will not continue to give my business here, and I will be making a formal complaint to the State Board of Pharmacy. One of the pharmacists was ruder to me than anyone in customer service has ever been. I was very taken back by the unprofessionalism of someone that should be held to higher standards. I was yelled at, the pharmacy window was slammed, and I had to ask for her name three times before she would give it to me. I strongly feel there is a discrimination against recovering addicts and medications being picked up to treat this illness. It's not the first time, but it will be the last. I was very hurt for who I was picking the medicine up for because of the obvious "holier" attitude. I actually pick this medication up for this person because of how they are constantly spoken to regarding this medication. What this pharmacist isn't aware of, is that I too am an addict in recovery, and have been clean for 3 years. I know alot of people in recovery who even in their addictions did not act as distastefully as Ashley did today. (or the other times she has been unprofessional). I am very disappointed, and extremely disgusted with the way I was spoken to and treated today.
