Went to the CVS on Hendersonville highway. Won't go there for prescriptions because their prices are outrageous compared to Publix or Walgreens. Just ran in there to pick up some dish soap. Stood at the cash register for 10 minutes and no cashier in sight. Someone could steal them blind and they'd never know it. Finally went to the back of the store to find someone to check out the four customers who were waiting. The cashier was surly and not happy about being asked to help. Might be the most poorly managed store in western North Carolina.

the pharmacy treats you like a drug addict if you have any narcotics prescribed. I broke my back and had a script for oxycodone and when I had the doctor called in a five day supply. the dr called the pharmacy to change it I went to pick it up and they argued that it was not right and I told them I was increased and they said no in a nasty nature I was in a lot of pain but they do not care especially if it is narcotic pain medication. my mother in law had a script from the hospital and they told her it was illegal and a forged signature. I'm Leaving this cvs and going to corporate.

This week I transferred all of my prescriptions to CVS on Main due to insurance. Meg and Michael the pharmacist were very helpful and patient! Everything has been transferred which wasn't a simple matter. Thanks CVS!

Do not go to this pharmacy if you have any medications that you ACTUALLY need. This store has repeatedly messed up with my husband's medication's. We drop the script off and THREE different times it has not been ordered until he is out of medication. It is now Friday, we dropped off the latest script on Tuesday, even with the holiday- his medication should have been here today. I guess ultimately it is our fault for going back, but they keep saying that they will improve however that's a joke. The techs don't bill the insurances correctly and will tell you that your medication will need a prior authorization for days longer than it actually does because they are running it in your secondary insurance instead of your primary. CVS's purpose per their website is to help people on their path to better health....clearly this store has missed the memo. But I also blame CVS as a corporation, stop cutting hours, your staff is burnt out and unable to provide the service that you supposedly require. If I could I would rate them a zero.
