From the road I was excited to stop in- an indoor farmers market with local crafts- that sounds right up my alley! If I were local I would stop here for fresh produce and eggs, but for me they didn't have anything that jumped out at me. Some of the booths have antiques and vintage items, the quilts were fabulous and some of the wood crafts, I wish I had found something to splurge on!

You must stop here and support local handmade products. Large variety of things you won't find anywhere else and at great prices by people who live and breathe this community. Good Americans making good things. Theyll be happy to see you! ? ? ? ?

Cute little flea market. Everyone was friendly. Homemade items, baked goods, Ciders, produce, and more. We just happened upon it while on a small weekend trip and I'm so glad we went in (not just one time, we ended up going back the same day for more). The baked goods, cider, and jams were all delicious. I'm ready to just make the 3 hour trip again for the red velvet cream cheese bars made by the Griffins, they were phenomenal.

I've been coming to Curb Market since I was a child! (I'll be 80 on my next birthday) My grandmother brought me every week. Her best friend sold jams & jellies there. I read all the negative reviews & wondered if anyone knew what mountain life was like long ago! Curb Market was a place where local people could share their crafts, cooking, produce! Having a place to make ends meet in a location with a largely a non-cash culture was a blessing! It still is! If you want flashy, this ain't it. But it is still solid people doing honest work. Which I at least honor & cherish!

Usually I good and they are not open. This I was there for the last 10 minutes before closing. Most of the vendors of perishable items were closed up, but the local artisans we're still there and had some interesting items, needed to go back some day

Curb Market in Hendersonville, N.C. Is a warm, friendly market that Hendersonville visitors should visit for authentic homemade goods, locals offer at comfortable prices. Charles Sexton is only one of the marketers that display fresh, juicy garden vegetables and his own honey. Sourwood is my favorite. The aromatic, pure flower of the Sourwood trees is carried by thoughtful honeybees to his awaiting supers for gathering and sharing here at Curb market. He also offers my son’s favorite, Wildflower Honey! Tell Charles I sent you. You’ll get a genuine smile!

We usually go on Saturday while we are on vacation in Hendersonville so I can't speak for Tue or Thur. We have found that you have to get there early as the good booths sell out quick. Homemade bread, cake, pickles, jams, fresh eggs, quilts, napkins, birdhouses, wood knickknacks, flowers, etc. A long time back there used to be a lady that made the best fudge in the world, she passed away and no-one has taken up the tradition, it was so good. This is definitely a place to stop, but go early.
