I was very pleased with Collins.
Had a small fender bender, friend recommended them.
Amber was extremely efficient and thorough, taking all the pictures needed by the insurance company, and providing a quote same day.
Process to bring car in and get the repairs was smooth and quick. Car looks great, and they washed it too.
Nice friendly folks. Highly recommend!

Incredibly pleased with their service and will use them again. The under engine heat shield was damaged and needed replacement. They ordered the part, called me when they had it and replaced the damaged one the same day. Equally important to this great service was a great price. If you have a minor repair, don't wait for it to become a major one ... these folks are great and will het you back on the road in no time.

Never again will I use or recommend this shop to anyone. As weeks and months have passed I am still finding stuff on my vehicle that was never repaired or replaced. My insurance and myself paid you for what exactly?? I’m also finding parts that were told were replaced however never was. Then not to mention when they told me, “ oh it should be a week or two” then a month later I get my vehicle back. My question is what took you so long if you didn’t fix half the stuff you said you would?? I have reported this shop to my insurance for investigation.

They did such a great job repairing and painting my car. They were easy to work with, got me in fast, the price was very reasonable and the job turned out great. I will only be using them in the future.

After an oak tree backed up into my Toyota Tacoma pickup I needed a new bumper, rear tail light, and some painting.While some shops were backed up for months, Amber was nice enough to squeeze me in and get me back on the road within days. I am so happy with the inside/outside detail work the Collins group did on my car. It looks like a new car. Amber made it easy and quick to get a quote and an appointment. I'm convinced her detail team is the Best of the Best! Everyone was nice and friendly, and the price was fair and reasonable. This is the place to go, you won't regret it.
