She asked me what brought me in, and I let her know what I needed. She was able to measure me and fit me, efficiently and effectively. She was so very courteous, professional, and helpful. She heard my list of requests and was able to find items that met my needs, fit perfectly, and felt great. She kept track of what I purchased in case I would like to get more of any of them in the future. I was not rushed. I was not pressured. I was not an inconvenience and I was treated with the utmost care and respect. I have never had a more positive experience with purchasing bras as I did with Ulrike at Heart Strings Intimate Apparel. “I called around to try to find some water balloons for an event we were having. My first call, the lady said that they didn't have any. She later called me back and said she found them in the clearance area. When we got there, they really helped us find everything and then some that we needed. They ladies were super friendly and helpful. We visited on 9/22/23 around 1pm. I didn't do a good job of getting the names of the ladies, but hope they're acknowledged for the customer service that was above and beyond!”

I ended up buying two shirts, two pair of pants, a dress, jean jacket, 2 necklaces and 2 pair of earrings! I LOVE the styles and they were so helpful.
