They had my car for 1 week trying to redo the entire front suspension. Called me and said it was ready. Driving home I heard a terrible noise when I would turn the wheel. Took it right back, and it took them a day more to figure our what was wrong. Larry flat out lied to me about then working on it, it was just sitting out on the lot. Got it back, and the steering wheel now was nit lined up. Had to take it back again. I have never been so unsatisfied with the repair of my vehicle.

Pleasant and efficient service! No bells and whistles but the CURTESY was stellar!!! Will definitely be back for my automotive service.

Went in to get a battery, being that they are an interstate battery dealer. A slim light haired guy walked up to me, I told him I was having battery problems. He told me to just hang around for a while, until the rest of the people got back from lunch. That he was covered up I said ok, then, trying to be helpful, I said I can put the battery in myself, if it will help you! He no, you’re gonna wait until I finish fixing that car over there. I’ve been stopped 15 times while I was trying to work on that car by somebody wanting something else. I told him I was just trying to be helpful, his reply was well when I’m done with that car, I’ll get back to you! Then walked off shaking his head and mumbling. He struck me as the kind of person that gets off on thinking he has control over other people. This used to be a really good business, I will never go back again, and I will tell everybody in Henderson county the same.

I have used the mechanics here about three times. I chose them because they were close to where I lived and they have been there for approximately 50 years or something like that. I have never had any issue. They always call me before they do any work to give me a price and tell me what's going on. They seem to to get the repairs done relatively quickly and I can't really complain about the price. I think they're in line with everybody else and maybe a little cheaper than some. No complaints. Will certainly use them again.

I took my car to get checked by them just now, and I knew what was wrong with it, I told them. They didn't fix it, because I didn't have enough money, but they charged me for checking it. $110! It didn't take them but maybe 15 minutes to check it. I will never go back there!!

Run, don’t walk..ok you can drive…to Church Street Automotive. Excellent, HONEST service. Thought my brakes were bad because they sounded like demons screaming under my car. They saw me quickly and discovered a rock lodged up in the wheel somehow. They fixed it quickly, brakes were fine. They could have told me whole front end had to be replaced and charged me a zillion dollars. Love these guys!
