We needed to rent a wheelchair for my mother-in-law while we were in North Carolina. The owner of the company personally brought the wheelchair to our location in the pouring rain, because our reservation was confused with another day. We still received the chair on time, and it was useful for everything my mother-in-law needed. For the inconvenience the owner picked up the wheelchair from us at no extra charge on the day we left. This company was accommodating, friendly, and professional. Highly recommended !

You will not find more caring and dedicated professionals anywhere around. They are totally committed to the customer’s well being. I have personally seen the staff go above and beyond the call of duty to accommodate a disabled individual needing power mobility equipment. The amount of time they give back to the community is phenomenal. These people really care. I love em.

Super friendly, had their PPE'S ON. Had a waiting area that was semi-private so I could remove my mask. When the lift was mounted they gave me a detail lesson on the electric chair and how to use the lift with the chair. Very well done. Thanks
