I’ve been a contractor for 20+ years and have visited the Hendersonville store a few times over the past 3 years that I’ve been in the area. The selection and quality of materials definitely beats Lowe’s and HD but the customer service could use some work. Every time I’ve been in I’ve been “greeted” by stone faced sales people who treat me more like an annoyance than anything else. As much as I hate Lowe’s and HD, a plus is knowing what everything costs without having to disturb the sales people who seem to have more important work to do than to answer my questions.

A little more expensive than the big box stores. They have a very good selection of building materials and wood beams. This is not a home improvement warehouse like Lowes or Home Depot. The lumber is of much better quality than the other places. You must talk to a sales person, so bring a list. They have a lot of stuff but you must ask if they have it.

Don’t expect return calls or follow up service- does not exist at 2324 Asheville Hwy, Hendersonville,NC - Windows for new built home delivered/installed Dec/2021Screens missing on 2 windows - still getting lip service I.e. will get them ordered, will probably take ; mos due to vendor backlog/material shortage, they have been ordered I will follow up on them, or even better last was we have located them in our warehouse. Message left with Heidi were they or were they not located and when r u delivering them???still no call back as usual. Oh did we mention we r living in our home and need to ensure screens just aren’t left n drivewayBuilder getting same run around as usMartin Family-Black Mountain,NC
