Worst experience. They made you feel unimportant. If nothing shows up on the machine wrong then ,your car is passed by to the next customer. Had washer light indicator on they're like oh your washer fuild light was on we put fuild in it. I guarantee they thought I miss read that for the Trac but I did not. Last I had a great experience something must have changed in management. That'd a same I really spoke highly of Easler Toyota until these last 2 day the lady is were nit personally friendly

This place is awesome! Went there for my first service for a car purchased in my hometown and they were great. Got me in and out very quickly and gave me a great deal on a new set of tires. Highly recommend!

Zach at the service department gave my friend and I the best service ever. On our way to another state our car got into an accident. He literally saved our trip with taking care of my RAV4, staying late, and giving us a car to finish our trip. If I could I would give 10 stars not five.

This dealership has truly exceeded my expectations in terms of service and value. I had the pleasure of dealing with Peter, who was exceptionally helpful throughout the whole process. From the moment I stepped onto the lot, Peter was attentive, knowledgeable, and genuinely interested in helping me find the right vehicle.I was looking to trade in my car and I can confidently say that I got an amazing deal. I walked away with a great truck that is perfect for my needs. The trade-in process was smooth and straightforward, and I felt that I received a fair and honest deal.I would highly recommend Bryan Easler Toyota to anyone in the market for a new or used vehicle. The customer service is top-notch, the selection is excellent, and the trade-in process is transparent and fair.

Excellent, honest service. Had a lightning strike on 18 Tacoma. Service advisor Brandon Cornwell walked me through what to expect for repair time and also their procedure to address the daisy chain of issues. Repair completed in timely fashion and worked well with my insurance carrier. Great communication and courtesy from Brandon and team at Bryon Easler Toyota.

Had appointment for oil change, tire rotation and also needed a safety inspection. All accomplished within an hour. Very quick and professional. The only thing is it was pretty pricy...like most everything else today!!

Really disappointed in service I received on Saturday, appointment was to get oil changed and tire rotation, well I marked my tires on drivers side and was only there 30 minutes, I get home and tires were not rotated and my car is so dusty from me of course, well hubby checked under hood and of course my motor is covered in dust and there was no sign of anything done , there would have been prints,, well paperwork says they changed a gasket ! And element! No they didn’t change filter cause underneath is covered in mud so no signs of filter being changed, hubby calls them and guy tells him he would check and call him back so yes he called back and said the guys rotated tires cause they were saying how heavy they were and hubby tells him well my wife marked her tires and they were not rotated and man says he would check cameras on Monday and call him back , they never called and I want be taking my vehicle back there if that’s how customers get treated, saying they done something and didn’t do anything,,and even put on paperwork that it was done . Very disappointed…..

Just wanted to THANK Y'ALL for helping us in purchasing a shiny new Rav4! Lee Warren was just WONDERFULLY kind, professional, knowledgeable & helpful, guiding us & making sure we ended up with the best vehicle for our needs! AFTER he helped us pick out the best fit, once our new sweet ride was delivered, he spent more time than any car sales person we've ever encountered, guiding us though operation of the car & media system. THEN financing dept Grand Pubah Mike Lester assisted us in dealing with financing paperwork efficiently & professionally.... What's not to adore!?! ... We Love the car & are incredibly grateful to have you all so close & available. Thank You All!

I was at home and was unable to start my Prius. I worked on it for several minutes, pressing the break and pressing the button and it would not start like it always did. I called BRIAN Easler and spoke to Brandon a service advisor. I told him that I would try to get the car started and while we were on the phone it did start. So I asked him if I could just drive it down to BRIAN Easler's and leave it overnight and have him check it out the next day he said no problem bring it in. I brought it in and left it and the next morning he calls me and says after careful look at the engine and all the electrical parts he discovered that it was the battery so we replaced the battery and I picked up the car and I was really pleased with their completeness and effectiveness they always take good care of my car, and I am very grateful .

Stopped by with intentions of buying a new 4runner. This dealership offered me four thousand less than another dealer offered on the same day. I immediately left with no intentions of ever returning. I felt an arrogant presence about the business from the start. I will buy a new 4runner elsewhere.

We bought a 2017 Chevy Colorado from Bryan Easler Toyota with low (approx 40,000) mileage. Bryan Easler is a Car Fax dealership. Car Fax was clean. One previous owner. Truck was roughly $34,000. The very next day, the truck breaks down. Bryan Easler has a 5 day buy back policy. I wanted to return the vehicle because I had a bad feeling with it breaking down the day after purchase, but they assured us it was just that the def fluid was low. They refilled the def fluid. It breaks down the next day again. They end up having it towed to Asheville Chevy because they “find out” that this truck had the transmission replaced earlier this year (I think they maybe knew that before we bought it). Either way we were not informed the truck had a transmission replaced earlier this year prior to us buying it. Asheville Chevy did more transmission work in June for free because the new transmission is under warranty. The truck drove ok for six weeks and then broke down again. Now, Asheville Chevy is telling us it isn’t the transmission this time but a completely different and unrelated issue. Asheville Chevy wants $4100 to fix the new issue. They say it is the reluctor (not sure if I’m spelling that right). The part is $450, but the labor is 22 hours ($3650). I am scared to pay that and just have the truck continue to break down with various issues. Danny at Bryan Easler told me last week that if they bought it back for what it is currently worth (not what we paid for it 3 months ago), that they would likely send it to auction. They know it is never going to run right. It is obviously a lemon….one brand new transmission and another transmission repair on a year on a truck with 40,000 miles and now something new wrong with it. Bryan Easler did not do their due diligence to make sure they were selling us a reliable vehicle. Tonight it also started throwing a bunch of codes before the tow truck picked it up- “fuel press regulator” and “crank shaft pos- cam shaft pos correlation.” So I am stuck owing $34,000 for a truck that is not driveable and has only been somewhat driveable for six weeks since it was purchased at the end of May. Bryan Easler will do nothing because they got us out of that 5 day buy back window by saying it was the low def fluid (maybe they lied? maybe they didn’t know because they didn’t look well enough to diagnose the real problem?) and out of the two month warranty window because the truck was in the shop for a month to be repaired right after purchasing it. So I have a 2017 truck with low miles, and it will not even start. Also, Alex at Bryan Easler is just plain rude and Danny will not let you get a word in edge wise. I just want them to take the truck back, which today they told me they will not do even though it broke down the day after we got it. We have contacted WLOS, filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau, contacted an attorney, and Chevy corporate and are hoping someone can help us. We plan to also contact the attorney general’s office tomorrow for advice/ to file a complaint. Picture is of my truck being towed tonight for the fifth time in the 3 months we’ve owned it.
