One of the best dealerships in North Carolina. My family had a flat tire on the way to a wedding and they got a tire in asap, fixed it perfectly and got us on our way. The owner even took us to lunch!! What an amazing place!!

In looking for a car after my car was totalled, I was greeted by Dakota, a member of the sales staff. Dakota was very professional and helpful, quickly completing the necessary tasks so that the car could be test driven. He remained respectfully quiet during the test drive so that I could listen to the sound of the engine, but he responded to questions.
When I decided to purchase the car, Dakota went to work quickly and efficiently gathering the pertinent sales information. The sales manager was consulted about an issue with the car, and he responded quickly with documentation regarding the concern, dispelling any anxiety.
The purchase paperwork went very smoothly. During my visit to Boyd, I was in contact with several people. Dakota was the perfect salesperson; competent, helpful, and professional. Everyone I met was friendly, personable, and very competent at their jobs. A grand experience!

Boyd is a great dealership. I just bought my second vehicle from them. Boyd does so much for the community, and really does all that they can, to assist you with the sale. Chuck Hitch, my sales person added a personal touch. He made the visit so comfortable, and followed through on all requests and deliverables.
I highly recommend this dealership. And go look for Chuck! You won’t regret it!!!

My daughter’s high pressure fuel pump was bad in the 2019 Impala we bought with 36,000 miles. It was past the factory warranty. The Boyd forever warranty was still 6days off from becoming active (3months after purchase). The warranty would have covered it, so Boyd went ahead and fixed it at no charge. That’s how you build customers for life!

The sales and service professionals were outstanding. Chris Taggart and Lee Edgerton were very knowledgeable about their product and extremely pleasant. Whenever, I get my vehicle serviced they always check in on how the vehicle is performing. The service department is always timely and quick. They also honored the vehicle warranty without hesitation for a major repair. Oscar communicated well through that entire process.
