I had been having trouble with scanning and e-mailing. Glenn accessed my computer remotely and fixed the problem, gave me icons to be able to work faster and fixed some issues I did not know I had. Very pleasant to work with and he is now my go to guy for computer work.

Glenn and Amy did a fabulous job of fixing two MacBooks that I have. One needed a screen replaced and the other needed a battery replaced. They did a great job on both and were very personable and reasonable. I would highly recommend Blue Mountain Computers for computer repairs or purchase.

Absolutely terrific experience with Blue Mountain Computers! I was looking for a good used iMac for my mother to replace an older Macbook and not only did Glenn have one, but he was able to take my Macbook in and swap out the hard drive and get my mother up and running very quickly with all of her data and apps exactly as they were before which was a huge benefit to my mother. Their communication was fantastic and their ongoing support is a rare find these days. I highly recommend them. Great people running a great business you can trust!

Glenn took my old MacBook Air and transferred my data to a refurbished MacBook Air. Even though it took longer than he expected, he stood by his original quote. Glenn was great at offering options and explaining the pros and cons of those options. He far exceeded my expectations for service. I would recommendBlue Mountain Computers to anyone who has Macs.

I bought a new laptop. The information in my old one had to be moved to to the new one. Then my old one had to be swiped, so it was ready for my husbands information from his really, really old one to my old one. So three laptops! Confused already? We have no idea what we are doing, so we had Glen come over and deal with it. All of it took a lot of time, but what else could we do - become computer experts overnight? Glen was very professional, on time, personable - and liked visiting with our pets. We sent him home with our son's desktop to find out if it survived a lightning strike. No hurry on that one. Call them if you are having issues with your computer.

Glenn and Amy at Blue Mountain computers have done our computer work for several years now. I recently had a major problem with my iMac desktop computer. I thought that I may have lost all my data and photos. I also thought that I would need to purchase a new one. Glenn and Amy worked their magic. Glenn restored all my data/photos and they both worked to recondition my iMac. I now have a fully reconditioned iMac desktop that is very fast. It is like having a brand new computer for less than half the price. They always come through for me and it is terrific to work with them!

Several companies have worked on our computers over the years, and Glenn at Blue Mountain Computer is by far the best. He quickly responds when you call or email, and his prices are very reasonable. I own two small businesses and cannot be without my computer for very long. I tell Glenn what's going on, and he has it fixed in no time. If you aren't using Glenn at Blue Mountain Computers, you are wasting your time and hard-earned money. He is the BEST!
