The gentleman in the jewelry dept. was so helpful & doing so many jobs, he seems to be doing 3 people's work. After helping 2 ladies in the shoe dept and then checking out a lady buying clothes, he helped me exchange an item. Super friendly & professional

Not impressed. I was getting checked out and at the register beside me Catherine was helping someone and I was blown away by the way she was talking to her customer. She was complaining that she had to void a transaction and redo it. She also had a problem with how many items the customer had and also said she didn’t have time for that. Very disgusting behavior to say the least.

Very nice Store, saw one cashier open, proceeded to walk the store, found a clerk, she was busy but another lady named Trish helped me in cosmetics. Very friendly and accommodating.

Store looks like it's closing, not enough help on the floor or around check out, bathrooms closed for months!!!? Clothes everywhere on the floor, dressing rooms and thrown over racks. Associates are stressed for good reason. I feel so bad for them. I can't imagine what other problems there are.
