I looked online and the website said the mall closed at 9 so i figured they did as well. I was already in the mall so i figured i had enough time to buy one thing i needed. My boyfriend and i begin to walk up and the lady at the front of the store says “WE’RE CLOSED.”. very rudely and loud. I understand now that they closed at 7 but the gate was wide open and all the employees were standing there talking and laughing. So how are we supposed to know? Super disappointed in the lack of customer service. Coming from someone who has worked in customer service for a very long time, I would never treat a customer like that. All they had to say was “i’m so sorry we closed at 7.” and i wouldn’t have to write a review?if you’re gonna work in customer service, learn how to speak to people.

This is and always will be one of my favorite places! Everyone is always friendly and helpful... Not to mention, the Pumpkin Spice scent is out already ? I love that you can rack up points & get coupons by downloading the app. They never have to worry, I'll always come back!

This store is pretty small but has great deals. Came in to get wallflowers and ended up buying a lot more as they had 75% off on some item. I also had a $10 off, 20% and a free body cream. All of these products for $40.

Me and my boyfriend were visiting Hendersonville on vacation on (3/28) and stopped at the mall. A lady that worked in another store told us that the mall closed at 9:00. So we decided to go in Bath and Body Works. We walked in and the girl working the register blurts out “OH MY GOD!! Seriously it’s 6:56” I looked at my watch and said what time do y’all close and she said 7:00 in a very rude way!! I turned around to leave because why would I want to shop here now and the other lady begged us to come back and said “oh it’s ok”! Why would I want to come back and shop there when an employee blurts out a rude comment like that?? The only reason we even stopped was because someone told us they closed at 9:00!! Next time you don’t want someone’s business you could politely say we close in 4 minutes and I would have left.

I've gone to this place a couple times with my girlfriend because my girlfriend is addicted to this place but I can't be too mad because everything she gets from here smells amazing. They have candles, shampoo, body wash, they also have stuff for men so it's not all just for girls they have some sections for men as well I've gotten some stuff from here it was a body wash It was called Noir. They have really cute wallflower plugins and wallflower refills. They really are the best thing for your house. The store is always really cute and smells good. The employees are Nice and the store is always really well kept and put together. They always seem to have some kind of sell or deal or half off going on so I'm sure no matter what day you go you'll find something on sale. I'm 100% sure that my girlfriend will keep going here so that means I'll keep going here You should check it out if you're looking for some smell good, goodies.

I guess they have a variety of products. I use to go in a lot, but in the past number of years their light scents have about disappeard. Hard for me to be in there without the smell affecting me.
