Its a fine bank, always had good service. It can get a little busy which might explain the low review score. I've never had a problem with them.

I went through the drive through teller to cash two checks and I couldn’t. The teller informed me that I could deposit it or just take them somewhere else. I said okay that’s fine I’ll take them somewhere else because I need them immediately. She deposited both and I told her that’s not what I asked for and she said well I can’t undo it. I tried calling the Hendersonville location multiple times and couldn’t get anyone on the phone. Please make sure they’re paying attention to what your customers are saying some of us need that money immediately for a reason and she didn’t even try to fix the issue.

I go to cash a check that is written on their bank and they wanted to charge me $8 fee to cash their own check screw Bank of America I hope you go belly up

They are the rudest people in Hendersonville!!!! I went in to convert some money to a cashiers check and the teller rudely told me that it will be $15 to do. I stated I am a business client and I don't get charged. The teller then rudely said something under breath. I did not have my debit card with me so I presented the 3 charge cards I have with them and my wore out I.D. The teller then began to tell me that my I.D. was not good enough so I asked if they can send a code to my phone to verify. The teller then said "don't you have apple or card pay? I said I don't know how to use those. She replied rudely that "You don't have apple pay"? I also tried to get the other employees there that know me personally to verify my identity. They said we know you Mr.Kobos but your id is unreadable. but they all have known me for over 10 Years or more. I also have accounts at credit unions where this incident would have never happened. And they would have more than one teller attending to the many poor customers that boa has. Also here is a suggestion boa!! You don't need 3 Greeters at the front door and only one teller!! You would get more done without the greeters. Thanks a lot for pissing me of to a point where I spun my tires and flipped You off as I left. And thanks for the big fat ticket from the cop for spinning my tires In your parking lot. I really didn't think that was illegal but I guess Ill find out in court. Thanks so much for being so rude to me BOA of Hendersonville!!!!!!!!!!

As a 30+-year customer of BoA, I went to this branch needing a notary and two witnesses for a deed. The "customer service" person at the door informed me that the bank doesn't provide witnesses. So I went to the UPS Store and got it done in about ten minutes. Very disappointed in BoA, to say the least.

I am so sad to have to add my disappointed voice to the poor reviews of this bank. I had hoped this branch would have the ability to provide support to my new business venture which involves international bank transfers. Sadly, no. The first time they said it would be a 45 minute wait to see 'the person". So i made an appointment for the following day, only to be told "the person" was unavailable. So they sent me to an other person, who accomplished the transfer, and I signed the necessary documents. I asked for a copy of the documents I had signed, and she gave me a new printed copy with a blank signature line and said 'that is your copy, you can sign it if you want to". Again I asked for a PHOTOCOPY of the signed document, clearly explaining that i needed an exact copy, not a different original. And she rudely replied 'that is your copy, do what you want with it". I've been a BOA customer for twenty years, and I asked for two photocopies and got a mouthful of rudeness instead. I'll be looking for a new bank that can support my business financial needs.

As you can see from a majority of the reviews, this location is horrible. They refuse to help me despite all representatives in the risk management team telling me that this location needs to provide me service. Basically this location refuses to abide by the rules of Bank of America. Also the manager and most employees speak to customers with attitude and with zero compassion. I have had to open a claim with the Statue Bureau of Investigation and they have asked me to provide them with all of their names. Hopefully some real change will come.

Customer service at this branch is worse than the service at the branch in 8 Mile Rd. in Detroit, Michigan. That says a lot.

Such a great recent experience at this location. Everyone was super friendly and welcoming! Shonn, the manager, made sure my needs were met quickly and efficiently. I highly recommend visiting this location, it’s fantastic!

My branch closed in Columbus and I had to visit the next closest branch and was so happy to find my bankers in Hendersonville. As usual, great service just in a different location!
