This place has a large parking lot (and rarely any customers to fill it) and it seems they now need to charge to park there. After reading some of the horrible reviews, I guess it is apparent why they need to make a little extra cash.

Stay away... we bought a lot of furniture from here ...some of it was fine ... but some of it was not ,and we paid extra for insurance on it ... the incredibly rude unprofessional manager made me fighting mad. Now I know why the parking lot is always empty here. Need new furniture items and had to drop off some papers to h&r so we go to drop off our papers first and get halfway over for a self important woman to come out furious we were parking there and she informed us we had to pay to park anywhere in the parking lot. There were no signs where we parked (in the middle) there were workers present hanging pay to park signs on the sides and the lady was very curt and unnecessarily hostile like we were trying to lie about wanting furniture? We decided to check other businesses for our furniture needs. Only go in here if you're prepared to pay to park and have the staff be openly hostile.

Ok so we had a problem with a washing machine the manger Russ that’s the last person in a world that should be a manger he is extremely rude he gave wrong phone numbers in fact. He was very rude too my wife he has absolutely no respect and he is very cocky. That is not good and being a manager in fact The Easley southCarolina store helped us out more than Russ ever thought of. Badcock furniture should truly think who they put in charge of a store but I have also read the reviews of this store and they are not so good we have bought a couple things from them. But never dealt with him. There is a women that works there and she is nice. And sweet and really cares for the most part. I own a business that is customer based I would never ever talk too my customers or clients like that. If he worked for me he would be terminated or place somewhere else we he can’t do more good than harm

I would give no star is there was an option!! Russ is the most rudest, heartless, disrespectful business man I have spoke to!! He doesn’t deserve to own any stores never mind 3. He is in it for the money not helping his loyal customers!! He hangs up on you instead of facing his issues. He doesn’t give the correct numbers to call when your appliance breaks down. Rude!! You have to call another store in South Carolina to get help with what he don’t think matters. I am a customer from SC that recommended Bandcock furniture to a friend in NC. How he treats his customers gives Bandcock a very bad name!!! Very rude rude business man!! He should be ashamed of him self!!! Not sure how he sleeps at night. He needs to do better!!!

Walked into Badcock earlier today to look for furniture for my new rental. Came in with my incredibly well mannered dog, who I take mostly everywhere in very dog friendly Hendersonville. We've even been in Walmart and other grocery stores with no complaints. The guy at the desk said they didn't allow pets in their store. First, where was that stated on the front door? If it was, I would have respected that. Second, I've never been in a furniture store in my life that didn't allow dogs. Even the really high end chains, which we know Badcock is not. I guess they lost my business!

Sabra was very helpful. She was so kind from the first time I met her and let me browse around without pressuring me or upselling during that time. Once i finally found a sofa and love seat i loved she made sure it was available and even found out it would be discounted. Lucky me! I left feeling 100% happy with my purchase and the entire experience. I will finally have a new couch next week! (Delivery delayed a few extra days per MY request, but it was available sooner)

If you are looking for quality, honesty and customer service DO NOT buy from Badcock in Hendersonville! They made promises to me and didn't keep them. When I questioned it, Russ, who is the manager, was beyond rude and made no effort to right the wrong. I will never do business with this company again and encourage you to do the same.

Ordered furniture paid in full at order. Plus I paid delivery fee of $129 now it time to bring me my stuff I was told I have to pay a additional $199 to deliver because I’m outside of zone. 1.2 miles they verified my address before charging the $129. This would have made the 3rd bedroom set I have purchased from them.

Terrible customer service! They texted with a with delivery window (4 hours). Would not change due to emergency unless they charged another fee on top of the already too high fee to start with. I’ll never buy anything there again!

Staff has been very helpful and the delivery guys are so nice and knows what they need to do and execute it…Hats off to delivery guys and office staff ???
