This is the best thrift store! Not only are they greatly priced they also run sales to help the community! They even donated my family a free couch when we were getting back on my feet. The owner is also so genuine and amazing ?

Huge store with lots of variety. Today they were offering FREE CLOTHES for everyone! Such a great deal and everyone in my household got a new outfit or 2! I hope they continue to offer this once a month!

Back on Track is a very clean and organized store. The cashiers are always friendly. Their procedes go towards helping those who are suffering with addiction. It is a wonderful ministry and a great place to shop.

What a blessing to the community! Employees were incredibly nice and heard them praying as a staff for the day, their ministry, and those in the community they will reach. Found the new place I’ll be donating my family’s clothes to.

Full of goodies… but the prices are incredibly high. I picked up several things that were more than if they were brand new. I understand that they are supporting a good cause, but I will never understand this business model. Donated items - price high - sit for longer, take up space, doesn’t sell quickly. May I recommend: donated items - price fair - sell quickly - make room for more donated items! Faster overturn should always be the goal.

Stopped before I went to bring a trailer load of toys and they said they wanted it. I drive all the way over here with a trailer and they told me they can't take it. Wasted my time. I won't be back and I will tell everyone else not to waste their time.
Update: I took all of this stuff to another non profit and they couldn't believe you all refused it, with all the nice stuff I was giving away. The guy working in the back of Back on track didn't even bother to look at it, he said take it to the dump without looking at anything and it most certainly was not even close to trash, that was also very offensive and rude. I thought I would actually be helping people out that needed it but ended up being offended trying to help yall out.
