Terrible staff. I drove 30 minutes to get the part I needed because it was only available at this Auto Zone near me. When I couldn't find the part myself, I asked a store employee. I showed him the product on the website and that it was available in this store, the employee didn't even look at what I was looking for and just said that it wasn't here, he didn't care, he wanted me to just leave the store and not bother him

I needed windshield wipers and the guy (I didn’t get his name) found the wipers for me and went straight to the parking lot to install. Great customer service and efficient. I highly recommend.
