We got the unlimited wash for both of our vehicles thinking we would probably cancel because of the price; however, we have been very happily surprised the service is always professional and our cars look great all the time!

Terrible service. We sat for I don't know how to get the car dried off and tire shine. Terrible. We will not come back to this location. I understand they were busy, you can't dry off of dry car. It can leave scratches. We came here with an appointment scheduled to keep this may put us behind..

Hurricane Helene caused a lot of flooding here in the mountains of western North Carolina. This caused a lot of our paved highways to be covered with mud. Therefore my car looked like a 'mud buggy.'
Autobell Car Wash LLC 'kept the dirt' and gave me a clean car. Since the car was so dirty, I chose the Super Polyprocess wash.
Didn't get the young man's name, but I mentioned the brake dust on the aluminum wheels. He said he would clean off as much as he could. He did a great job plus recommend a brand of wheel cleaner if I wanted to do more cleaning.
Autobell did an excellent job of cleaning the interior of a dirty vehicle.

It's okay. My first time there. Noticed after I got home, there were still crumbs on carpeting between side of seat and door, after they presumably vaccumed? Staff was very friendly and helpful.

It was disappointing after I even tipped them!!?? I even took everything out of the car so they really didnt' even have to lift anything up to vacuum easier. But they did a really bad job vacuuming and wiping down was even worse!!! They also were done in 7 minutes!!!!! I had a bad feeling when he already came back after I just really got installed to read my book!? I cannot recommend them at all, other than for the outside car wash! But forget the inside! I actually asked them or a rag and did it myself over again! Never go there again that's for sure!

For $35 the car washed well, interior nicely vacuumed (including hard to reach areas), my fairly dirty mats (including cargo) area washed well and everything in car well wiped clean. I was pleasantly surprised that they did a pretty good job of cleaning the center console area well too. People who bring their filthy dirty cars in there and then leave negative feedback can go ahead and pay the $150 or more the others guys want. Great value and will be back.

Took my Jeep in today. 4 cars 2 workers, and 3 managers standing around. The team was slower than dirt, and didn’t complete the Armor All. Upon inspection prior to a tip, I had the guy redo 4 areas that I noticed they missed. The car exterior was not clean. But good job on the vacuuming. If I could lend a tip to the managers, take a field trip to Chesapeake VA Battlefield Boulevard Auto bell location. Teams are required to jog, 3 team members are assigned to each car, each does one thing, then they move to the next car. All that in, dare I say 90 degree heat.

They take really good care of me now... every time I come through. Hard working bunch of young men and women. They do a great job. I respect very much. The unlimited plan is sweet- great savings if you get a whole year. Worth it in my humble opinion. A+

The experience was not great. The attendant was very nice however the final product was not great. $48.00 to ride through in my own car. Full Service to extra to have the rubber floor mats cleaned. Floor mats were still dirty when dried, obviously they were only rinsed, mud still in corners. The passenger side interior door and window were still dirty and dust was still on the armrest. You could see where they swiped the rag across the dashboard because there was a clean streak across the middle with dust still on either side. Streaks and water droplets remained on the inside windshield. For $50.00, after the tip, I should have had a much better experience and service.

They don’t even try lol. 4 people worked on the car. They only wiped the front windows and windshield. And wiped half the dash. Didn’t vacuum or even open the trunk.What exactly are you people charging us for when you sell services and don’t properly train the people performing them?If this was an actual detail shop I’d expect more but it’s not. All I expect at Autobell is the basics… Dust, clean visible dirt smudges, clean windows, wipe the wheels of dirt that didn’t get cleaned in the wash, and dry the car.Apparently that is too much to ask.False advertisement at its finest.
