Honestly, the man works magic. He does the best work (and is the best value) in town. He’ll turn a car that’s just traveled 3,000 miles cross country with approximately 8,000 bugs on the bumper and windshield and dog hair wedged into every crevice into a spotless, brand-spankin-new vehicle. He’ll also help scratches be less noticeable, too. And he’s very friendly and returns voicemails promptly. 100% recommend.

Donny has done beautiful work on 2 of my cars. He even used some touchup paint on one to fix an old scratch in the paint. He's thorough and courteous and prompt. I'll certainly use him again.

Bought a 1994 conversion van which needed a very thorough cleaning, including removing stains from the carpet and years of grime from the window tracks. Donnie Jones absolutely delivered! I couldn't be happier. Such a great job! Highly recommend.

I traditionally don't post reviews, with the exception of those times when the product or service is either terrible or awesome. To prep my 2000 Toyota 4Runner for sale I asked two good friends, who have lived in Hendersonville for many years, for a detailing shop recommendation. They both immediately replied, "Jones Auto Detailing" on Asheville Hwy. I stopped by to meet the owner, Donnie Jones, in order to get an estimate and details on what the detailing would include. I found Donnie to be very down to earth and honest. Within a few days Donnie detailed my 4Runner and when he was done it looked the best it has in the 12+ years I've owned it. I'm convinced, in addition to its low mileage and overall good condition, Donnie's detailing lured the first person who looked at it to buy immediately buy it. I would not hesitate one bit to return to Donnie to have another vehicle detailed by him. You won't go wrong by letting Donnie detail your vehicle. Honest, down to earth and awesome work ethic and work product.

My wife and I took our suv to them to have it cleaned thoroughly. They did a very thorough job making it look almost brand new! Some scratches from bushes and other people opening their car door into our car totally disappeared. Mr.Donnie Jones and his crew did an excellent job. I highly recommend them. My wife and I are extremely satisfied and will definitely use them again. Their price is very reasonable and they do a fantastic job. Thank You Mr. Donnie Jones and Your staff for a job well done!
