Was able to get an appt quickly and the tech who serviced my equipment was courteous and direct, answered my questions and provided contact information in case I had any further questions.

No notification of huge increase in propane price before delivery was done. Then 7 days later attempted to refill my tank after it was just filled. Poor management and questionable practices on forcing a high price on customers. I will be shopping around.

I will give you more stars when you correct my bill to 4.239 per gallon for my last propane delivery instead of the bill saying 4.339 per gallon.

I’ve been with AmeriGas for almost 5 years and never before had a problem with the local office. I believe they have either outsourced customer service now or they just no longer have good service. We are on automatic refill and I noticed we were running low on propane so I called to find out when they were coming. We were told delivery was in process. After 4 more phone calls within a week and them giving dates and saying they were coming but did not, we ran completely out of propane and they still didn’t come for 2 more days. Customer service was mostly rude and the guy that came out and refilled our tank, shut off our tank and didn’t cut it back on. We found that out during the same night when we woke up cold in our house. Horrible service all the way around.

No local customer service to help with any account issues! Absolutely brutal if you need to speak to anyone. When I signed up they gave me a new customer price for my first fill but when I received the bill (that they had already auto charged my card for) the price was way higher! I’ve called four different times and spoken with four different people, at least one of which was an overseas call center. Each time they acknowledged the error and told me they would take care of submitting for the refund but months later still nothing has been done and I have no idea how to get a hold of someone that can help.

When the Propan tech. arrived it had stopped raining after depositing6 inches of overnight rainfall. It was time for my appointment and whenI looked outside the Ameriagas truck was sitting just outside myfrontdoor in a foot of rapid flowing water. The introduction took place from the door to the truck. We discussed our cirumstances and agreed we would get together later in the day.. True to his word, after the flood had passed the tech returned to raise my spirits with his integrity, humor and effifienfy.. What a great g;uy. What a pleasure.
