I was excited to visit this store on vacation, and it didn’t disappoint! Not only were most of the hand-made goods certified authentic but often included a photo and brief biography of the craftspeople.
I had a beautiful conversation with the owner who added extra value to my purchase with a brief explanation of the items that really spoke to me. I absolutely recommend folks stop by and enjoy the store and all it offers.

Poor quality jewelry! Horrible customer service. Purchased sterling silver adjustable chain. Five days later the chain broke. It took me weeks and five visits to the shop to speak to the owner. Which was never in the store and her employees were not able to assist me. I finally left the chain there and went back a few days later, where I was finally able to see owner. She was rude and curt. I never got a single apology. She blamed me for breaking the chain and said I had the chain for a long while. Both of which were lies. She boasted and felt proud of herself for going above and beyond for what she considered “fixing” the chain for FREE. It is no longer adjustable, and I do not like the length, the circle for the clasp to attach to is too small. So I cannot even clasp it. The chain is now useless. I asked for a replacement and she said several times, “Why would I, I didn’t break it!!”
After seeing her horrible responses to her other under five star reviews, I can only imagine how she will respond to mind. I’ll brace myself.

Shipping to Europe! I am extremely happy that thanks to Anita from All Nations Trading, there was a way to ship authentic native dream catcher to Slovakia, Europe. The package arrived in close to 3 weeks without any harm or damage and it for sure was not my last order :) Thank you for making the authentic native pieces of art available also outside of US!

I love this store! Every time we come to Hendersonville we have to go there. I drive almost an hour to go buy their soap. It's the best! Also got some really nice dream catchers there.
