Clean facility. Online sign up. Office manager very pleasant. Only comment is they don't tell you there's a $14 charge for insurance. If you have homeowners, they waive that but you have to give them your policy number.

I recently had the pleasure of using the services of Add-A-Space Mini storage company, and I must say, I was thoroughly impressed from start to finish. First and foremost, the customer service I received was exceptional. The staff member who assisted me was friendly and knowledgeable. I had many questions yet he was very patient and made me feel valued as a customer.
The units are clean, well maintained, and equipped with excellent security measures giving me a peace of mind, knowing that my belongings are safe and secure. I would highly recommend this company!

I swapped units. Extremely quick to process and get a unit. Had a reservation and moved between units over the weekend. Extremely fluid.

Best storage unit facility I have ever used. Exceptionally clean, great prices, friendly staff and overall wonderful business. No matter what size or type unit you’re in need of - this is the go-to spot in the Hendersonville area. I’ve rented at several storage facilities across the Southeast, this one is by far the best one that I’ve been to. Easy, quick access using a code that you select, wide lanes and plenty of room for large vehicles with trailers - do yourself a favor and choose this location, you’ll be glad you did!!

I have had items stored with Add a Space for more than a year and can say it has been a blessing. The facility is clean, neat, well lit and always has helpful assistance at the desk during posted hours. The security gate and wide areas down the buildings are also very important to me.

This is my third time renting space here and every time the management has been pleasant , the storage space clean and the rental rates have been fair. I event got a significant rate reduction on a promotion.
I highly recommend.
