I called AAA at eleven AM to get someone to come and fix my flat tire. It is now six PM and no one has come. I have called them several times and still no one came. I finally got my neighbor to help me. That IS NOT GOOD SERVICE.

I had a terrible experience on May 7th, 2024. My husband and I waited 3 hours in the hot sun for a tow truck on the way to my grandson's graduation in Charleston. 3 hours and then AAA said they didn't have a tow truck to preform the tow. It was less than 100 miles to our destination!! We have been members for over 25 years. Such a shame!!!What can we do about this???

Can’t ever get a tow. Drivers keep cancelling when they see it’s a 26-mile tow. AAA NEEDS MORE COMMITTED SUBCONTRACTORS!

I had the absolute worst experience with no one going out of their way to get a tow truck to me. I'm sad I pay for a premium plan and they didn't do anything. Not even reach out to check with another company. They were only waiting for a call back ..3.5 hours later and still nothing from AAA. I won't waste my money next year on a premium plan that's for sure

Left a female 5 hours away from home stranded for over 5 hours. She left her keys in the car. It takes a few mins to unlock. Why are we paying you if I could’ve done your jobs better with probably less stress. Oh and if she didn’t keep asking updates, she would’ve never found out the driver said he completed the job when he never did. We will be canceling my entire company! This was Boone area so if not this agency then send it to whoever but idc..Update: a driver arrived who was super nice but stated “they’ve been waiting for jobs all day” ?

We needed International Driving Permts and besides a slight problem with the camera, the process was easy, done well and as quickly as possible

Website says that they closed at six so drove 45 min and saw a sign saying they closed at 4 should really try to keep their website uptodate

Linda was very helpful in changing over and renewing our AAA policy over the phone today. It saved us at least a six hour trip. So grateful, since I am recovering from foot surgery.

Called multiple times and no one answers. Was on hold for anywhere from 15-30 minutes each time waiting for an agent.
