Today, my family and I had a great time shopping at Wal Mart. We were able to find everything we needed and got good prices on our purchases. I will definitely be returning to this Wal Mart in the future.

This place is a trip all because they will hire anyone girl didn't take the security thing off we get told if we take it off it's a felony well I think she should be fired. I won't spend anymore money there and then to top it off we do more shopping and get followed all over the store this place needs some help with how they talk to people and the way they come up to you.. I'm going to call there HR tomorrow all of them will wish they came up to us different and did there job better.

What can I say, Walmart is great. Biggest problem I had, was that the manager did not know much about his policies when it came to credit cards being used. I have an EBT card, and an insurance card that allows me to buy healthy foods. But for some reason their system there will not allow me to use these cards together. It was the only Walmart I've ever gone into so far in the United States that had this problem. Then he tried to tell me that because I was from New York the EBT card would not work. But when we rearrange things through a second time and I use the EBT card only it worked fine. Again I think the manager should learn a little bit more about the system that runs the store. What are the next time a wonderful store and I will always shop at walmart.

Went there today to buy some razor blades. Well of course, for obvious reasons, the store has them locked in glass cabinets. So I attempted to find someone to assist me and I couldn't find anyone. My wife walked about half the store looking for someone only to keep getting pointed to another employee. Well someone paged someone and after some time waiting no one arrived. So I went to customer service and finally found someone who is suppose to be a manager whose name was Shavon(Spelling might be off). I explained to her what the issue was and in a VERY hateful voice she asked "What do you want from me." Very nicely I explained to her I understand why they are locked up and there be a better way to handle the products. She again in a VERY hateful voice asked me why I didn't go to customer service which I told her that heck it's halfway across the store. She, in a very hateful voice again, said she would go get the products which I told her no that I now wasn't going to buy them at that store. On the way out I found another manager, Jessica, who was very nice and polite who took the time to listen who also offered to open the cabinet. I politely told her that I was just going to leave.
The attitude by Shavon(Again the spelling might be off) was totally uncalled for and not needed while I was trying to explain what had happened.

Walmart staff need training on how to handle black out situations. What happens yesterday could have been handled a 100x better. Forced register to closed mid transaction. Treating everyone like criminals, no announcement from leadership or staff. Workers rude and not helpful. Just a mess.

Lack of stock looks like their going out of business.
Ok that was then,now what's with one cashier open with 20 registers, they want you to self serve check out,heck I don't work there or even get a discount. That's it,I want a raise or I'll quit and take my business and fellow nonemployees with me!!!!!
Next trip,even the self-serve lines are back in the ladies ware.some self serve machines quit ot are on strike.only 2 people lines out of 20.sucks out loud!!!!!!

I went to Walmart in Henderson NC today to buy some stuff for camping that I forgot at home and I was very pleasantly surprised at how clean that store was and I know I had to ask 3 different employees direction to items because it was my 1st time at that store and everyone was so nice and friendly. They all walked me to the area. I told my husband when I got back to campsite about it. He usually goes to the one in Oxford NC and the only thing good about that particular store is their customer service dept. They are nice and their printer always works which seems to be a problem with Durham NC stores. I mean, don’t yall sell printers? Anyways, I wanted to write a 5 star review for the Walmart in Henderson NC. THANK YOU VERY MUCH! I’ll go the extra 20 min to go to this store bypassing 2 on the way there.
