Was looking at getting a car from there. Guess they don’t like selling cars. Tried to keep it local and not have to drive far to get the car we want. Found the same exact car with same miles year and everything. 4k less out the door, showed this dealership that and ask to meet me somewhere close, doesn’t have to be exact but somewhere close so I don’t have to drive and to keep it local. They wouldn’t come down at all, even after showing and proving that I found the exact car and I mean exact for 4K less. And yet they still couldn’t come down 1k or 2k to make a sell. So had to take my business 3.5 hrs down the road to a place that likes to sell cars.

I am not sure this dealership likes to sell vehicles. I inquired about a 2022 Ram dually they were/are selling (still listed on their website….) not once but twice. The first salesman never got back to me after multiple emails and texts. I gave it a few days and reached out to a different salesman and explained how I wasn’t hearing back from the gentleman I spoke to. He said “give me 15 minutes and I’ll get right back to you. That was 5 days ago at the time of this review. On top of having 2 different people not get back to me, they raised the price of the truck $3,300!!! Maybe I just had a bad experience but seems a little odd. I guess my money wasn’t green enough for them.

Purchased my first new vehicle from Keith Taylor. Sales service was fantastic and everyone was very nice. Loving my new ram 2500. Will buy here again and anyone looking for a dodge, jeep or ram come here.

Buyers beware: we drove over an hour for a car priced well on their website. Only to have the price increased on a slim technicality. A technicality in which the general manager can just “decide” it applies to the vehicle you are buying with no real reasoning. Again, beware. Not worth the drive if you are not a local.

I take my Ram 3500 Dually up to this location. This dealer has great people to work with. The service team and parts team is great. They are always nice and very helpful. I would recommend them to anyone!!

These guys are awesome!! Recently my 2013 Challenger R/T left me stranded on the side of I-85 and I had arranged for the car to be towed to Crossroads. The service department manager informed me that the engine was unfortunately blown due to timing chain failure. Ultimately I decided to return to Crossroads to begin looking for another Challenger. When viewing options on the lot, Mr. Keith Taylor met me outside in the cold to listen to my situation and arranged for me to test drive a 2022 Challenger R/T. I absolutely loved the car and wound up purchasing it. Keith was absolutely amazing and really cared about me as a customer. Jameson was also very helpful in the purchasing process. He arranged for me to speak with the service department regarding the engine failure regarding my 2013 R/T. Additionally, Mr. Taylor Hunt, the service department manager, was also phenomenal as he conveyed the reason for engine failure to me as well as advice going forward.
I couldn’t be happier with my new ride and will definitely be going back to these guys for service/purchases in the future. Thank you guys all very much!
