Had multiple referrals sent this place and they still haven't called me since last summer, almost a year now. Incompetent couldn't be a better word. They wont even answer the phones EVER to get the issue fixed..

I have never seen a place that never answers the phone. I have left 3-5 messages no one answers no one returns your calls. I had to call billing to find out things. Even some in billing cnt explain. I even went there in person got no straight answers. Terrible. Yes they got the machine fast but after that took 3-4 months to file the insurance. never returns my calls. Gave wrong information of what we were going pay monthly . Have to return the machine cnt afford it. We asked several times plenty questions to make sure we understood the payments. We explained several times how important it was for us to know what it would cost us. I needed to know what it will cost monthly because we are on a fixed budget. My son has no job. Now we owe over $800 some dollars for payments we can.not afford. Go somewhere else . Unless you wanna waste time getting answers . Very disappointed ? they maybe short of help.

This place is not business like at all came and took my friends sleep machine after 3 to 5 years of use didn't send a letter or call and let her know nothing why or nothing after years of use should be paid for anyway

I have spent almost 3 weeks trying to get this office to call me back. I have left many, many messages with both sleep dept and the store. No one ever answers or calls back. Lousy customer service. Would rate -1 if I could

I have attempted many times to call them with no response. My mom went into respite care in September and no longer needed Sun Medicals supplies.the first time I called they said it would be three weeks before they could pick it up. They scheduled it for oct 8th and I waited here l day but they never came. I have since left several messages with no response. We are having to sell the house and already started packing everything up and they still won't get their supplies.
