Filthy bathroom, no toilet paper or paper towels, Shell fuel rewards card didn't work here. Couldn't pay at the pump with my shell rewards card, and after paying inside, I didn't get my rewards discount.

The bathroom has no light, no soap, and smells horrible. Hopefully I made it in the toilet… wasn’t able to see where I was going.
