We purchased a 3 piece living room set on a Friday and it was delivered on Saturday. After the delivery men left I noticed a gap between the back and arm of my loveseat. I called on Tuesday and they came right out with a new back to replace it. That still did not fix the problem so after further inspection decided it was a defect on the base. So they took my lovesest and brought me a new one about 1 hour later! I have never had such great customer service which I found to be a dying service with many companies these days. Their delivery men were so polite and respectful. I will definitely shop here in the future and continue to sing high praises of this company.

Thanks to the manager and the guy who did the woodwork at Sam’s who fixed the leg to my bench for my dinette set. He did a wonderful job of making me a duplicate and my son stained it to match the damaged leg. I love my bench and I’m happy for the four legs it has again. Good place to do business!!!

Great experience buying a bed. Excellent service and they really bend over backwards to make you happy. The delivery drivers were also excellent, very conscientious and careful not to scrape or damage anything getting it into a tricky spot. Thanks for a great experience we will be back!

Mr. Sam's was very nice and helpful. He made sure we got what we wanted. However there is a slight bit of damage to the dinning room table. Pictures were taken by one of the delivery person's and he said he would give Mr. Sam's the pictures.We are waiting for A response

No pressure buying. They ask if you need help with anything and if you don't at the moment they will let you browse in peace and when or if you need help they will be their to help.I would definitely go back because I don't need anyone following me around.
