If they had a no star option I would pick that. Customer service here is terrible. Employees look at customers like they shouldn't bother them. Most are walking around or standing around playing on there phone or talking to each other ignoring customers. They need to take a class. More need to be trained to work in the customer service area. new setup looks great right now but with the majority If employees they have this will not last.

Didn't know it could get worse than their normal. Went today about 3:30pm cash registers not working only a few of the many self serve open lines back into ladies ware.Norm is 3 registers out of 25 now they have more self checkout than registers but nothing works.this would be a good place to open a store.

The mechanic, a mature man, posted up like a punk in the waiting area when asked for status 1.5 hours after the car was promised to have been ready. Doing his utmost to intimidate, he yelled at me as I explained that I was just asking for a status. Attempts to assuage him didn't work. He escalated, so I yelled back that I just wanted to know how much longer it would take, so I could pay my bill and leave. And then the little Karen trounced off saying he was getting his supervisor, as if he were somehow justified in his ignorant display. His supervisor was calm but it was obvious he'd been lied to. I paid by debit when, 15 minutes later, the car was done. They then reimbursed for services he was asked to provide but hadn't. Instead, he screwed around with co-workers thinking he couldn't be seen through the tinted windows of a min van they loitered behind. Evidently, he didn't like that he got called out on his BS. If you go to the Hendersonville, NC, Walmart Supercenter, I wish you luck.

Dairy section had milk containers that were opened and put back. Just terrible. I'm sure store is doing what they can on limited employee pool and customer bad behavior.

This Walmart location is exceptional. They are somewhat organized and offer okay services. They also have decently cleaned bathrooms but they still had a smell. I rarely see mopped Walmart bathroom floors. Purchasing items is efficient sometimes and takes little time depending on the items you buy. If you live in the Henderson area or are visiting I would recommend this Walmart location. (Below is not complaint)Also whilst in the aisle there were two kids and their mom and one of them farted. It was very loud and sounded disgusting. Then as we walked we saw two ladies laughing at the incident. I laughed the whole time.

Unfortunately, zero stars isn't an option. I have made so many complaints for this location, I think I am being invited to Usha-in-customer-service's wedding in the summer. The WORST employees; it is ridiculous how lazy, and careless, and apathetic they are. However, when it's close to closing, they get very eager and watch the doors very carefully to tell anyone entering that they only have 30 min to shop; that's if they didn't decide to close early, which happens often. The demographics and class of people working at this Walmart, and the rating of this location directly correlate and only perpetuate Henderson's ghetto reputation.New management required.

I recently went to the Henderson, NC Walmart this past week. I live in a town 40 minutes away, but I was in the area, so I thought I'd purchase my groceries and other items at this location.Well, I found a fabric that I wanted to purchase. There were 5 Walmart associates conversing and complaining in this area about how/why they needed to rearrange the craft/fabric section on this particular day. I tried to ignore them as they complained with disgruntled language and behavior. When I asked the associate, Stephanie, if the store had any more of a particular fabric in stock she said, "Well look, you can see the colors of the fabric just like me". Well obviously I HAD "LOOKED". There were several fabrics on the very top of the shelves that I couldn't see or reach. So I then asked her if she could check her inventory on her electronic device attached to her person. So she walked away from me and went to complain even more with her fellow associates. I thought I would let her cool down for a few minutes before asking her another question. About 5 minutes later I asked Stephanie to count the yards of fabric on the fabric bolt so that I could get it priced. I also asked her if she could look up the inventory in the store so I could purchase the correct amount. I needed 16 yards, but I was willing to buy both bolts of fabric so Stephanie and her associates didn't have to do their job. She said, "I don't know how you buy fabric online and I don't know how to price the fabric". So what that sounded like to me was, "I am not willing to help you find the rest of the (8) bolts of fabric in THIS Walmart AND I am not willing to make you a price tag so you can purchase the fabric in my department".... Then, for the fourth time in an hour's time I asked for someone to please cut me a yard of vinyl fabric that was literally right beside the cutting counter. Again, Stephanie grumbled and complained to her associates. Then she yells, "I ain't had no break or lunch". Stephanie yells out to her neighboring associate, Chris, to come help her because she doesn't have the little ...... that makes the tag for the fabric. He comes over and tells her that she's wearing it. She laughs and then tells Chris to make the tag anyway. Chris and Stephanie had a full on conversation about why they hated their jobs while I waited another five minutes for Stephanie to cut one yard of fabric that was sitting right there at the cutting counter and for Chris to make the price tag for the bolt of fabric that they didn't even open to confirm 9 yards. Keep in mind, there were 5 associates doing one task in one aisle, so they definitely weren't short staffed.Well, after picking up some groceries and hearing another customer calling for assistance at the deli I decided it was time to leave this establishment. I went to self checkout and scanned my own items, because I definitely didn't want to put anymore staff members out of their way to do their job.I proceeded to scan the "Chris" made price tag for the fabric and it totalled $5. The fabric was $6.88/ yard and there were supposed to be nine yards. Remember, we don't know exactly how many yards of fabric there were, because Stephanie was too hungry and disgruntled to count it and Chris didn't know WTH he was doing. So, I got 9 yds of fabric that should have cost $61.92 plus tax for $5.So, when Walmarts continue to close all over the country and we are left with online shopping only I hope Stephanie enjoys collecting her unemployment check. With the pandemic any and everyone should be happy to have a job, because millions of people are jobless and hungry right now.If you have any other options, go to another Walmart or shop online.
