Good experience in Lumber today. Usually when we load we have to chase people down to help. However today, Jesus saw us heading to the truck with our load and quickly helped. Further, he made sure the wood was balanced on the trailer and had super fantastic attitude! Now if you could only clone him for lawn and garden!

I’ve had the most difficult time handling a simple problem with a very expensive order. I cannot reach anyone that can help me. I’ve called several times today with no actual help if anyone answers the phone mostly rings until someone picks up the phone then hangs it up immediately. Nothing has gone right with the order. Received a partial delivery of materials was never notified that it was only going to be partial. The driver ran over my newly installed septic field I have not received any response from my initial claim about this.
Currently trying to get Lowe’s to answer the phone to handle business and they are unable to assist.
If corporate reads reviews like they should I would like a follow up regarding my complaint.
Cumulative time on the phone with no assistance not including my wife’s time on the phone is 41 minutes venturing to say over an hour today.

Things are constantly out of stock even though it says the have plenty online. Have made plenty of wasted trips only to find out they don’t have it. On top of that customer service and knowledge of their own job is lacking.
