The owner wasted time in ordering part's, then told me he couldn't fix it and got irate when I asked for my vehicle back. Threatened to make me pay a restocking fee, that's clearly the shop's responsibility. The owner is and his company is a joke..! Avoid Mr. Brook'West

I had 2 change my review the corner of my bumper has been coming apart for almost a year now, 1st noticed approximately 2 weeks after getting it back from this place. I was told it was doing that because it was cold now summer time no change, now iam in the process of paying g someone else 2 fix it smdh 👎

Nothing but great things to say about the customer service at this place. I was definitely pleased with the work and would recommend this place to anyone that wants the job done right the first time.
