Worst experience I've ever had! The guy who works here is obnoxious! Disrespectful! Not at all professional! He has no idea how to speak to people politely! The business is completely ratchet on the inside! The unpleasant person who is handling business for your uhual order is working on a laptop, not a computer "yes a laptop"! It's clearly not a suitable business setup; I was really uneasy inside the trailer uhual establishment, not to mention the unpleasant person who runs it! I will definitely take my money elsewhere to the next uhual places. Before you start a business, understand how to communicate with others in a courteous manner.

I had a reservation to pick up a trailer Saturday morning. I got there and the trailer was unavailable. I can't prove this, but based our conversation I suspect he loaned the trailer I was supposed to rent to a "buddy" who hadn't returned it on time. I lost valuable time on a job I was completing and he was of no help in trying to find a replacement. The building on-site looked like it was about to fall apart and inside was junky and smelled like smoke.

Love the guy that manages this business. But call before you go. Hours posted signs mean nothing. There were four people waiting. I called every number i had for the lad. I always try him first before handling my business. Hope he gets his act together soon. Wish I knew how to help.
