Clients are quick to post about a bad experience but not state how rude they were to the tax professional, who is trying to explain things to them. Appointment or not, it was only one tax preparer there and u had to drop off or wait. Everyone was very professional from the receptionist to the tax professional, who was the only one there, dealing with multiple clients. Clients need to have more patience and not fly off the handle.

Rudest tax guy Ive ever seen. Stapping at customers who all had appointments trying to get us to leave our paperwork and leave. Zero customer service skills.

I'm social security and few months go my bank was stolen so I change banks . So I didn't get my 600 check so I went hr block to file a rebate check I paid lady then I was told the 10 the 10 gone so when on hr block site it said approved waiting refund date then today is saying still processing . The lady hr block won't talk to me
