Called to find out if they could get a certain prescription filled. They weren't sure but would try and call me back. They were able to get what I needed and called me back as promised. Excellent customer service.

I shopped at Food Lion today for groceries. I appreciate the "One Way" signs on the aisles and the social distancing markers on the floor at the checkout registers. However, if they they are not enforced, you may as well take them down. I met as many as three people gong the wrong way on many aisles. Some were store employees. This has been true every time I have been to Food Lion in the past nine months. If your store employees don't follow the rules, you cannot expect anyone else to. If the store employees are going to be on the aisle, they could enforce the direction of traffic. At the checkout lines, some people are taking the social distancing as a reason to cut in line. I was cut off once before, and a woman tried to do it today. Vance County had 42 COVID-19 cases yesterday. We all need to respect the rules to get through this pandemic safely. Food Lion has put forth the steps to succeed, but they won't work if they aren't enforced.

As part of my job I have clients that go to food Lion several times a day. Food Lion always has professional staff and the store is clean. The prices here are a bit higher than Wal Mart so they get just 4 stars
