Customer service is one of their biggest issues!!! Nick is and has always been GREAT!! But others there are so rude and disrespectful!! Definitely need customer service and customer relations training ASAP!!!

This place is crazy, only one person and she isn't really good at her job. I came back two times and she can't do all the things that customer service should be doing. Why they don't have two representative in the store at all time? Smh

The location of the store was very good among other stores in the same vicinity. When I went in there was only one person in front of me and the store was completely empty. The cashier was very very nice, we told her what we wanted and she presented a couple of phones that would accommodate our needs.depending on the phone that you're looking for or maybe accessories you should find what you need. Parking is accessible. It seems like the majority of the stores are open at 10:00 a.m. which is fine because they close late.

Great customer service. Samantha was a wonderful person to work with and gave the best customer experience. She hooked me up with a new phone and some accessories for it and for me on the unlimited plan all for a great price. I definitely recommend coming here. Five stars from me
