There wasn't a really good selection of clothing. The clearance sections were so full. It seemed like not many people shop or could afford to shop there. The store was tidy, though. I asked a lady to try my coupon, and she refused because of the price it was already discounted. She could have humored me to try cause I left wondering if I could have saved a little more. I don't see myself going back any time soon.

Went at lunch and only found 1 register open . The lady's working there were amazing though. Rare employees that seemed to care about helping you.

Accessing the store was accessible from the handicapped park. Very short walk to get inthe store.

Bought boots and didn't know I had a size 6 and a size 8 in the box so they were gracious enough to take them back and let me exchange them for the right size. Thank you to the woman who helped me but Belk please hire more help because no one deserves to work under these conditions. If you hire more help you keep those good workers and they'll stay and the customers will continue to come back.
