“My husband and I have used C & P twice in the last 10 years and they’ve been great to work with each time!
He hit a deer many years ago and his Tacoma needed a lot of work. After about a week or so at this shop, his truck was back to looking brand new.
I also had to take in my Highlander after an 18-wheeler blew a tire & caused a lot of front end damage. I mostly communicated with CW regarding the repairs and he was super responsive & helpful. He communicated directly with my adjuster and had me back up and running very quickly.
Both front desk employees were very friendly and knowledgeable as well. You can always get someone on the phone & they were able to keep me updated on the process.
Highly recommend!”

“This is one stand-up company. I bought rope I didn’t actually need, so I ended up back over to speak with Brian a few hours later. He let me not only exchange the rope for the one which I actually needed, but did so without overlooking the .96 difference in price. Super stand-up. Anyone can order whichever Husqvarna chainsaw they want on the internet these days. But, because of customer service like this, I’ll happily support my local economy, my local company when I need arborist supplies. Not only that, but he undercut the big-box stores by approximately $30. Where else are you going get this sort of commitment to the customer in this day and age of internet shopping? Please support your local economy, people. Can’t wait to pick up my big saw from you, Brian!”

“My family was having a really rough time farming. Both tractors broke down and we had hay on the ground. I called and spoke with Ryan there. I told him I really need my radiator for our tractor repaired today. I told him I am driving 75 miles to get there and wanted to make sure he could get to it. He said if it is repairable he would do his best. I got there at 0945. He had me going within an hour. He was great, the price was great and he really saved my day!!
