“While I was visiting my mother in Myrtle Beach for my birthday during the week of 07/19/24, I got hit while I was parked on the drivers side front and rear door.
When I got back home, I made an appointment for 08/19/24 and dropped my car off to be repaired. There was a slight issue the first week regarding commencing the work/keeping me informed but the manager handled it and called me personally to apologize for it which meant a lot to me. The technician started the work on 8/26 and my Jeep was expected to be completed by 8/30 but they got it fixed in 2 days and I picked her up today. Upon arriving to pick up my Jeep, it looked like a brand new vehicle. All the damage was gone,the detail department cleaned the interior/exterior of my Jeep to spotless condition and the paint technician did such a good job making the new paint blend so it didn't stick out like a sore thumb. Also the woman who hit me, her insurance was paying for a rental and Joe's Collision kept the rental company updated of the progress so I wouldn't have to. Very happy with the job they did, overall very happy with my experience with Joe's Collision & extremely happy to have my girl home looking brand new. Definitely will be coming back to Joe's Collision in the future if something were to happen again.”

“Yesterday was a fiasco for my daughter. Her car wouldn’t start, had to borrow a friend’s car to take her daughter to school on her way to work (both were late for school and work). She called me after she dropped our granddaughter off at school and told me what was happening. As I am three hours east of her and can’t do much hands on to help, I called the North Wilksboro Auto Zone to see if they have a battery available for purchase for her vehicle. Francisco said yes they have one in stock and assisted me in an over the phone purchase, explaining my daughter will come pick it up after work. Later that afternoon, I received a call from her saying she picked up the battery, her husband swapped them out, and her car started right up. She will bring the old battery back to the store today. I cannot thank Francisco and his team enough to put this Mom’s heart at ease, knowing my daughter’s vehicle is working again without problems. Thank you!!”

“I just left Randy Marion in Wilkesboro after having a tire rotation completed and always have had a great experience until today. Today upon arrival I gave my name and stated that I had an appointment for a rotation only and were asked if anything else and I said no. Shortly after that I had left the premises and someone approached my Wife and asked her if we needed any other services and she said no. Once the service were completed we were notified and as I were about to pay the total came to$79.22 for a rotation which seemed very high. We paid and left and I looked over the paperwork and a tire pressure sensor were replaced at a cost of $40 for the part but we were not asked about changing it nor a price either. This is wrong as it was over 50% of the total bill and a service had been completed with our permission. **UPDATE** I received a call from a nice Lady who listened to me and they are making this right for me so I'm adding 2 more star's.”
“As of 2-21-2022, I found we're no longer allowed to get our own parts. It was a joy to just walk around in the junk yard looking at all the carnage. I suppose a few bad apples ruined it for the rest of us.”
