These days when ALL prices are high and in such array of companies who make far too many of the same kind of product that it make me dizzy to even look at so many, The shopping experience is less than pleasant. Often, favorites disappear.. When I lived in New Orleans, Walgreens was my default shop for almost everything save food, etc. The photo service was a plus. But what keeps people coming back, at least me, was the interaction between staff and customer. When I moved to this state14 years ago, I was happy to see there was a Walgreens!
I had to stop the photo printing though as a new cell required a password I could not remember. No in-store Wi-Fi either! There were managers, especially, that I was so fond of, they HELPED. But people changed, prices rose and along came Covid that made shopping anywhere a gamble
However, the past couple of weeks I was helped enormously by two young women and I want to give them a shout-out. The first was Aleigh who went directly to the correct charger for my cell phone whose charging time was awful. (I had no idea, being 82, that Chargers weren't all the same!). Not just pleasant, but knowledgeable. It was such a nice experience that I returned a few days later and had my another helper named Ellie. This gas could find ANYthing - and did, which is no mean feat! She made suggestions and found a Walgreens product that must have hid from me, but Ellie found it.
I'm the kind of gal that gives and appreciate smiles and good manners - but more than that, kindness. Service people can be so poorly treated by customers that its shameful.
I try and be a good example and start a new trend of appreciation for those who make our lives a little better.

Just called and asked someone about a deal they do and the guy was clueless, spoke so unprofessional and then hung up on me out of no where. Great customer service.

Arrived at 7:57 to purchase some pain reliever and the exterior doors were being locked for an 8:00 p.m. close time, the woman locking the doors was extremely unhelpful and unsympathetic. She needs to be working in a different industry if she doesn't want to help people who aren't feeling well. The nearest alternative store was over 30 minutes away.

Terrible! DO NOT USE THIS PHARMACY! Charged for persciption I did not get. Unhelpful and slow. Now I have to make a 240 mile round trip over their mistake.

Don’t recommend using the pharmacy. People back there don’t know how to count and they’ll accuse you of stealing before realizing they made a mistake.

The absolute slowest pharmacy I've ever had to deal with. Do not use this pharmacy it you need you medicine fast. Employees care more about pointless chitchat then doing their job.

Probably the worst pharmacy I have ever gone to. Lazy, unprofessional, and uncaring about their costumers. I don't usually review places, but this was beyond a horrible experience.

I have been trying to get a prescription filled for over a week..Thank God it isn't one that I need in order to live. Good luck trying to speak with someone..you'll die first..Headed to Ingles Pharmacy where they at least answer the phone..

I often shop here when I am in the area. The employees really go the extra mile and are very courteous. The store is kept up nicely and offers a wide selection of products. The ample amount of parking is also a major plus.

Really disappointed by my experience at this Walgreens. I received my COVID vaccine here and none of the staff are wearing masks! One of the staff in the pharmacy was visibly sick and coughing without a mask on. The individual administering my first vaccination somehow got blood on my paperwork? Made me feel very uncomfortable overall. I would recommend going elsewhere if possible.
