If you’re a new patient or hurting and need a dentist, don’t bother wasting your time here!Imagine walking into a completely empty dentist office at 10am on a weekday morning and instead of a greeting the receptionist looks more irritated you’re there than wants to help. I ask if I could possibly see the dentist or make an appointment for later in afternoon bc it’s kinda an emergency. (I’ve been dying all night and need a tooth pulled). I’m told nope sorry we’re fully booked, the dentist is in with a patient and we have one more for the day until we go home. What a joke of a dental practice, the receptionist should be fired and the dentist should be appalled. Do your freaking job, I’m still gonna do mine tonight on zero sleep with a toothache from hell. Hope your 2 hours of work weren’t too hard on you.

I called on Thursday 9/7 and spoke to Betty. After explaining that I had a molar split and telling her it was causing my tongue to swell and I couldn't eat or drink anything all she had to say was the first appointment she had was 2 week's out. What was I supposed to do starve until then?

Dr. "B" is an amazing artist! I came to him with a train-wreck of choppers that had been neglected for years. After getting my smile back to health (with new crowns, removing old silver -- and what perfect color matches to my teeth!) we embarked on what to do next with overcrowding and a badly twisted frontal. What impressed me was his willingness to listen, to be OK with input from an orthodontist, and his patience with me as I asked endless questions. I decided to do the Dr. B approach, and in two hours he worked on seven teeth, saved me from two or more years in braces, much discomfort, and I saved a few thousand dollars to boot! I never did have a "designer" smile and have been fine with that over these years. But happily, as I approach 70 years, my smile has been returned to my 30 year old smile! It's made me look younger and I feel more confident. Thanks, Dr. B!

I was visiting from Florida and my permanent retainer came unglued on the right side of my mouth. And it was the day after Thanksgiving and no one was open or would even call me back. Dr. B agreed to see me, even came in on a Saturday! I was so so thankful to be seen and he resolved the issue for me! The office is beautiful and the care was exceptional. Thank you Dr. B!!!

Superb care, with great attention to detail and customer satisfaction, are available from Doctor B. He made a partial lower plate for me several months ago which I wear daily. It stays in place securely and is so comfortable I literally do not know that it's installed. Everyone in Doctor B's office is cheerful and sincerely interested in my well-being. To top it off, prices for routine work are very competitive with other dentists in the area. Recommended!

Today I went to Healthy Smiles by Dr. B, for something serious and wish to say that the quality care I received was probably the best dental care that I’ve ever experienced. The facility was spotless, the staff and Dr. Bourguignon explained everything including my options and costs for procedures in simple terms. And then to my surprise, they offered to do my repair right then. Oh man, that was perfect.
My dental surgery went wonderfully. Dr. B and his assistant Leslie were very gentle, and despite everything they had to do, there was no pain at all, not even the laser work! Having needed a lot of dental care in my life, I can honestly state that this must be the first time that everything was done right, painlessly, and affordably. I cannot refer this dental Clinic enough.
