G's Auto is the BEST!!! They are professional and courteous. I was stuck when my car wouldn't start and they were kind enough to come out and jump start my car. (Fortunately, I wasn't too far.) They have also worked on my brakes, oil changes and fixed other issues I've had. I am so grateful for them and know I can count on them for any car needs.

I have so much to say about this company and the man that came to my rescue ... I spent all morning calling people and this man that works there came to me took my tire off replaced within two hours and worked with me on the price. I am in middle of moving and did not have a lot of cash. But he worked with me got me back on the road in a matter of minutes.. amazing I wish them the best

Been overpaying every mechanic in this area the past 10 years for all sorts of fixes. I HIGHLY DOUBT you'll find better prices at any other shop. Fixed my wheel bearings for half the price of the next lowest estimate. These people are genuinely honest and do good work! Wont be going anywhere else in the future!

At first they were friendly lady at the desk was very helpful, in was given a quote to fix the issue. After 8 weeks he had me come on a Saturday I thought to pick it up,but after a long description of what was done he gave me a total of 1580.00 I was floored. We had agreed on 600 for the electrical work he had some guy do because that was the problem. I owed them 100, but instead of 700.00 dollars it was almost 1600.00 and the problem was still there. When I went to get it today the battery was dead so after a jump start the engine light was on and the ABS light was on and beeping. I asked the worker why was this happening, he called the owner and he claimed I brought it that way which is not true, I verified it by the tow truck driver. If you take your vehicle here for work you deserve what happens. It left with the exact same problem but he fleeced me out of close to 1000.00 he did reduce it because he knew our agreement. Since this incident I have found out it was the fuel pump, not the electrical. The fuel pump was installed in one day and it runs great does not die. Now we are going to find out what You did to mess up the ABS light warning.

I just moved to Hayesville and G's Auto Shop was actually recommended. $110 for a oil change/tire rotation?!!! That was the most expensive oil change/tire rotation I've ever had. I did not serve in the U.S. Marine Corps and now serve my community to be ripped off like that... (staff was friendly though).I will not be going back.

Their prices are reasonable, and they are very kind and prompt in responding to questions. My husband is also a military veteran and they give a veterans discount and treat the veterans wonderfully! I have been going to G’s Auto Shop for maintenance/car issues for over a year now, and I have never once had a bad experience here. Everyone there is so friendly and I trust them with everything they do with my car. I strongly recommend going here over any car dealerships for your maintenance/fixes.
