Christy Jordan was great during my recent visit to Eller & Owens. She was so helpful in helping me pick out my new bed— she worked within my budget, showing me what was available and helped me make my final decision. I would highly recommend her if you’re in the market for some new furniture!!

I went to Ellers and Owens today to find the perfect lounge chair. Kasey Stepp helped me with my quest. She showed me all the chairs that fit my needs and some of them she showed me over and over because I needed to sit in them over and over. In other words, she was very patient and informative. I did find the chair of my dreams. Thank you, Kasey!

We ordered a custom couch from this store. The first one we received did not match the materials shown in the display room. Eller Owens obviously did not inspect the order before delivering the couch. Becuase their store policy on returns does not provide for refunds on THEIR mistakes, we had to reorder an even more expensive couch. The second couch did not match the color of the leather materials on the display room floor either and at this point we were stuck with a couch that has been a design problem.Maybe buying off the show room would be OK, but I advise anyone ordering custom furniture to avoid ELLER OWENS. My wife left a detailed review that we cannot locate here ?, so this one will have to suffice.

Christy Jordan worked with us today in our search for a sofa and recliner, we had a very pleasant experience as Christy shared her expertise, but also allowed us time to decide what would best suit our needs. She wasn’t pushy and we actually left without buying but before the afternoon was over had decided to purchase a sofa and recliner and it only took a phone call to set things in motion! ?
