Why is it a customer can't use the wendys app in a wendys? I always have a problem at the truck stop locations on using the wendys app only few wendys workers know how to deal with it 99% of look like they are seeing a ufo smh I have zero problems using the McDonald's app always works perfect get it together wendys tech

While waiting 30 minutes for my Door Dash order, I watched 3 different customers bring their orders back into the store because their sandwiches were made wrong. Upon delivering my order, customer called me and said she was missing one of her burgers!! This store is nothing but chaos

We ate in the car. Drive thru was out of order, they had to total items on paper as their computer system was down. No one knew how to count change back or to make hot fries. Took over 30 minutes to get 2 burger combos and the fries were awful. By the time the fries were replaced, the burgers were cold. Plain nasty tasting food.

Maybe it’s just THIS location but they can never get my order correct even when there’s NO ONE in the drive through or eating in the actual restaurant so they definitely aren’t rushed… i get the same thing every time, a small frosty and a large fries. some times they change the size of the frosty or even the flavor and DON’T TELL YOU. sometimes they forget the frosty all together. how do you mess up frosty and fries almost every time?…Edit: Went with a classmate of mine to pick up lunch during our break since it’s the closest thing to us (2 of our other classmates were also in the drive-through behind us), the lady at the window was relatively nice to us but she tossed ketchup at another one of our other classmates and they forgot at least one item for each of us (there was 4 of us in 3 separate cars). This will probably be the last time i eat from hereEdit x2: I was willing to give it another chance. I tried ordering through their app because they always ask if I want to use my rewards app so i thought it would be more accurate and i would actually get the items i PUT INTO THE APP. i ordered 2 biggie bags for my brother and I on the app and after picking him up from school we headed to the location and it was about a 10 min drive. the app said my order was ready by the time we were driving and when i pulled up to the window they didn’t have my order and told me to pull to the front thinking they would just come out to deliver our biggie bags, after 15 mins of waiting my brother went in to check on the food and he was told the order was still not ready and waited another 10 mins, when he came back into the car, we noticed they “forgot” my drink so he went back to go get the drink which took ANOTHER 10 mins for a DRINK, at that point we were just angry and hungry (spent 45 mins waiting on 2 biggie bags) and when we got home, we realized we had sauces missing AND they gave me the wrong sandwich, they swapped out my bacon double stack for a jr cheeseburger… there wasn’t even pickles this is definitely the last time i’m coming here, time AND money wastedzero stars if i couldParking: save yourself money and time and go somewhere else

Terrible it's rare they get your order rite . Heaven forbid you interrupt there Facebook time while there working. You're doing good if you get hot french fries. I would avoid if at all possible.Wheelchair accessibility: Easily accessible I highly recommend going somewhere else if possible.

Signs on the highway says it's open 24 hours but it's not. Lights were on but no one was there. Waited several minutes at the drive thru then left.

The floor behind the counter and in the food's prep areas was absolutely awful, filthy and covered with smashed food and empty food containers, more than just a litthe, obviously had not been cleaned in a long time. I could tell because they were not busy..... I believe the manager is the one that took my order and rang me up and she was very nice. They did not have any bottled, water and evidently hadn't for a while, which was disappointing since I did not want soda in my combo.
