“I’ve had my unit since October 2018. They have had website issues in the past causing some delays in payment as well as real life issues causing me to not be able to sync with the mix of that and the previous web host failing them. The owner was nice enough to waive the late fees/lock cutting fees and assured me my unit and possessions are still in the unit. Where I live now storage units are over $100 for not even half of my size unit that I pay for now. I’m so grateful that they actually DO care about customer service and aren’t in it to scam people of their livelihoods that they are storing on their property.”

“The best storage facility I have ever used. They are extremely nice, very easy to deal with, compassionate and understanding. I had some health issues that caused me to fall behind on my rent; they were so nice about it and gave me no issues when I had to catch up on my rent. Every time I talked to them they were the most polite and accommodating people. The experience I had with this business was so good, and definitely deserving of recognition. I will and do absolutely recommend them to any/everyone. Very impressed!”
