“I want to make it clear that this review is not directed at the Burlington, NC location, but at the corporate level. I get a great car wash each time I go, and the employees are outstanding. My issue, and the reason for my low rating, is that on my current credit card statement I have been charged the monthly unlimited fee of $42.70 three separate times. I have made two calls to the customer care number and have left messages both times. Neither of my requests for someone to contact me has been acknowledged. I have sent two emails to customer care making the same request, and neither one has been answered. I also stopped in at the office at the Burlington location but was told there is nothing they can do - that I need to contact customer care. So, unless there is some resolution, I will no longer be using Whistle Express.
Just to follow up, several days ago I posted the above review of Whistle Express and gave a low rating due to the corporate location's customer care office's failure to contact me following multiple charges for my monthly unlimited membership. Though the customer care office has still not contacted me following four attempts on my part to speak with someone there, Alan, the district manager in my area saw my review and contacted me immediately. He promptly took care of the problem, issued me an additional credit for the trouble caused, and could not have been more helpful. In my opinion, some at the corporate location need to find other jobs and Alan should be brought in to manage the corporate care office. He was outstanding!!
It's sort of comical and ironic that the response I received from the corporate office regarding my bad experience and initial low rating asked me to contact the customer care center so that someone there could help me. Apparently, they did not carefully read my review where I indicated that I had reached out to them four separate times with no response.”

“Is car Wash has a very friendly staff great water pressure drive-through car wash is great and will dry off your car as well and the self car wash is easy-to-use they allow you to get change from your credit card or debit card as well as offering their own special little Donny's coins for change which makes it a very personal experience.”

“In my experience while I was here my suv comes out and the guy asks me where is my keys. I tells him they have them. He goes and looks for them needless to say one of the most frantic 5 minutes ever. The manager {I assume} came out to ask what was wrong then the other manager said they would roll back the camera. Something says look in your purse and there you go in the bottom of my purse under my wallet. I felt so embarrassed I immediately apologized and offered to buy pizza for them but the manager said I didn't have to do all of that…One is one of the best places to have your vehicle cleaned. Nice and friendly people a must go to and reasonably priced.”
“Cleanest BP in Burlington. Friendly CS, everything is easy to find if you can't find it, the CSR knows exactly where it is and show you or tell you specifically where. If it's not there, CSR will see if there's any in back, get it for you or tell you their out & when their next delivery is.”
“Not a bad car wash. Washed under and your tires and rims before getting to the main wash. The monthly plan is a good deal because 2 washes would cost what a month does. I usually get a couple a week and get these specials in email so l only paid $6 for a month. You can spend that much in a coin car wash.”

“It's not bad as part of the Everwash program. The only thing I wish was that is would give you a heads up that you would get blasted with the pre soap as you go in (first time using it, it catches you off guard). The cleaning is fairly decent though I would not go as far as 5 stars I would definitely say it's pretty good for the price.”
