Love Wayside. Bought livingroom set. It is beautiful and their service and decorating advice is wonderful. Their delivery guys are fantastic! Had previously bought bedroom furniture and that was a great experience This is the only furniture store I would recommend and probably use again

Purchased 2 chairs from this store and cannot say enough wonderful things about the customer service. Deborah Cusack was our salesperson and she was extremely helpful, went above and beyond and constantly kept us apprised. The delivery men were great as well. Very happy with our purchase.

Great experience! Ms. Diffee the owner, was wonderful! Went in today with my friends to help them pick out furniture for their new house. She was so helpful & such a very nice lady! I will definitely recommend this place to everyone I see!! I’m sure my friends that purchased furniture would as well!! Customer service & quality furniture %100!!

I stopped by looking for furniture for our new beach house. I walked in and literally walked around the store for 15 minutes. No one acknowledged me much less asked if I needed help. Two people were at there desk not helping anyone and two others were helping people. Nice store with nice quality furniture but customer service not there. ?

We have purchased several items of furniture from Wells Wayside. The service has always been impeccable from Jim, the sales rep, to Wilton and Roy, the delivery men. And Ms Diffee is always a pleasure to work with. Not only is the staff wonderful but the quality of workmanship is impeccable and the showroom is huge with a variety of items to choose from. We will definitely be buying more furniture from them.

I’ve ordered several items over the last few years, and I’m extremely happy with all purchases. I actually appreciate not having sales people hovering over me when I’m browsing- when I had questions or needed help, someone would come over. I was able to select custom fabric and colors for my sofa and chairs, and was very pleased with the quality. I constantly receive complements on the furniture, and I have returned several times to purchase other items. My only complaint is the high prices, but I was able to find items within my budget all the same. I will continue to shop here when I need new furniture, and I recommend them to others.

If I ever receive the custom Basset furniture I paid a fortune for, I’m hoping the quality is so amazing it makes up for the lack of customer service and common courtesy. Was told, at the time of purchase, November 2020, due to COVID delivery would be 8-10 weeks. Fine. Things are crazy right now. However, 11.5 weeks later I had to call to ask about ETA. I was told they’d have to check and would call me back. 5 hours later, just before closing time, I had to call back. I was told then, they had just discovered there was no news about my furniture; they would have to call the manufacturer Monday and would definitely call me then. You guessed it, no call Monday. I called back Tuesday. They just found out the furniture is ready, but was headed to a warehouse to wait, likely for them to ship the cheapest possible way, and hopefully that would ONLY be two to three more weeks. Hoping this warehouse isn’t inhabited by bugs and rats. Guess I’ll be calling back soon because I’m confident no one is concerned about my satisfaction after I paid them.Definitely would not recommend if you expect good customer service.
